I am making a grippli Empyreal bloodline sorcerer. At 9th-level I will get channel energy as a cleric 4 levels lower. I was wondering if there were any feats or abilities that might improve channel energy, kind of like the Boon Companion feat does for animal companions and familiars.
What's more, I want to know if the channel energy class feature granted by the bloodline functions off of Charisma (like the cleric) or if it functions off of Wisdom (since all of an Empyreal sorcerer's class abilities specifically use Wisdom, and not Charisma due to their bloodline arcana).

I'm not aware of any ability that does that, but I'm not a cleric specialist either.
I'd say it still runs on Cha, since the paladin and cleric versions both run on Cha and it doesn't call out a change. However, the Sage failed to note that its ability should run off of Int instead of Cha and this was changed by way of FAQ. So it's hard to say for certain.

The bloodline arcana says "all class features and effects relating to your sorcerer class". Being that Sacred Cistern is a bloodline power and as such is affected and empowered using your Sorcerer class level, I would say that it does, in fact, run off of your wisdom score. If one wanted could obtain the same ability through the Eldrich Heritage feats, since they would not have the Bloodline arcana, I would say that it would run off of Charisma since that is the default. And it wouldnt be a bad option since you need a elevated Charisma score to even take those feats.
Also, just because it emulates another classes abilities does not mean that it is the same as or stacks with other classes abilities.

Honestly I would suggest as house rules the following (catch-all) feat:
Undiverted talent (pick a better name) a given class feature is 4 levels higher (max character level), such could include: caster level (but NOT spells known/slots), companion level, eidolon level, Armor/Weapon Training, etc. This feat can be taken more than once, each time it applies to a different class feature.
Doesn't seem out of line with the power of a feat. And honestly there should be these kinds of feats in existence to avoid discouraging multiclassing.

I have just created an empyreal sorcerer character for a game.
Has there been any advance on the Wis/Cha issue for channel energy.
Also, it looks like the sorcerer only gets channel energy once per day - regardless of the sorcerer's level. Is this correct? 3d6 healing once per day at level 10 seems very weak.

Well, not a direct answer:

Sorcerer: Does a sorcerer with the sage bloodline (page 72) use her Int or Cha to determine uses per day of arcane bolt?
The sage sorcerer uses her Int to determine the number of daily uses of her bloodline powers, including arcane bolt. Therefore, whether arcane bolt lists Int or Cha, the sage sorcerer still uses her Int.
The bloodline power lists Cha because that's the standard terminology for sorcerer bloodlines (because all other sorcerers use Cha), and because there may be a way for a non-sorcerer to gain access to that bloodline power, in which case it should be based on Cha (like other sorcerer bloodline powers) instead of Int.
sage bloodline has very similar wording and also features a power that modifies based on charisma, despite an arcana power which modifies base attribute to something other than charisma.
