The M7 approached the excavation site from multiple directions. The site was devoid of life except for the mercenaries and the Acolyte (and some constructs to do the digging). So ranged firepower from the M7 brought most of the foes down before melee was even engaged.

So likely Alex would know that Erissa served as a sort of freelance scout during the war, and he probably would have learned of her nickname: Sister Mercy. (He would also know that this was 'earned' for being 'merciful' in killing whatever she hit, usually in one shot... and usually the enemy, but sometimes her own allies, allegedly by accident.)

The others, including Alexandr, would have learned in their dealings at the station that she is knowledgeable about a lot of things, and curious to learn more. The also would know that she has little compassion for those who cross her. That the acolyte is alive currently (she is, right?) is more from the fact that she wasn't the one aiming at her when the fighting was ongoing than out of any mercy on her part.

So what the heck is up with Paizo lately? It seems to be going down more often then it is up :p
Its proving to be very annoying!

That aside Joseph is much more of a easygoing, free spirit who can be a bit naive. He would be right pissed that the shipment of guns (some of which he personally made!) were disposed of in such an unsightly manner.
He would definitely want to haul her off to the Sheriff and whatnot but he wouldn't have necessarily thought much about what happens afterward.
He also has a hard time holding grudges :)

Erissa would know that during the war Alexandr had a partner, who preferred fighting with fists than with his revolver. She would know he served as front line soldier and that he's knowledgable in the construction of firearms.

The rest of you would also be aware that Alexandr tends to keep people at arms length and that he tends to keep a low profile. Unlike most androids he feels emotions but they overwhelm and confuse him. He's also loyal and doesn't tend to break his word.

So we have 2 androids and an Eidolon. What do they look like?
Are the Androids cleverly disguised and human-like or are they obviously robotic in appearance?
What about the Eidolon, is it metallic and robot-shaped or is it more humanoid in appearance?
What do they sound like? Are there voices a synthesized screech, a sing-songy melody or do they immatate a gruff male voice?

I want to know how Joseph would percieve these 3.

I actually have a description of Ozymandias up on his page if you want a more in-depth description, but he's a robot. He's humanoid in shape, but clearly not a human. Backstory wise, he's actually an ancient automaton that was on one of the crashed starships. He wears the cloak so he looks vaguely human from a distance, but up close it's impossible to mistake him for anything else. His voice is synthesized but also distinctly male.

Technically I think there are 4 androids in this party and not 2 if memory serves.

As for this android, he has bright blue eyes, his ''skin'' is tanned color and he usually tries to avoid using his nanites if at all possible so at first glance he appears human. He's trying to keep a low profile vis a vis the technic league so he usually wears a bandana to cover the lower part of his face but other then that doesn't do anything special to hide his identity.

Basically he obscures it lightly and doesn't openly advertise that he's not human.

I thought I had a description posted on Mira's page, but guess not.

Mira also appears human as well, with all of the characteristic traits of a desert-dweller. Though she has the circuitry tattoos, you've never seen them glow, though it is possible she is just a particularly devoted follower of Brigh— especially since she has a full-sized mask of the goddess hooked on her hip or around her neck. She has not been seen with it covering her face yet.

Her hair is dark and loose, hanging just past her shoulders, and her attire is just on that functional edge of "dandy". If she is serving in her profession, then her hair is often pulled back and braided with small chains that have clockwork ornaments.

Her gun is an excellent work, and though the scrollwork and accents make it seem as if it were more a show piece, it is a fully functional showpiece. She is certainly familiar with the way to handle it, while its look shows that it is well-cared for.

Erissa for the most part looks almost Chelaxian in complexion, though her black hair isn't quite right for it (for a real world reference, it looks like she used the cheap bargain brand of black hair dye, though in her case it is her natural color).

She has blue green circuitry tattoos on her arms, legs, back, neck, and part of her face (think Aang from The Last Airbender, but in her case it goes from her neck around her ears to end around her eyebrows) that match the ones found on her black horse (which is also an android) and green eyes. When activated, her eyes and tats glow blue.

The concept of 'android' makes some sense to her, as Val explained it to her, but it doesn't matter to her. To her, she is alive and sentient... race doesn't matter to her as much as I.Q.. As such, she will not correct someone if they thought she was human, but she would not deny being an android if someone identifies her as such.

This is the type of revolver that she would have based the loading design on. (The Schofield, not the Colt.) The break and ejection mechanisms on her pepperbox would be similar.

To me it seems like the boards are getting worse and worse :( the periods of downtime are getting longer and more frequent.
It seems I can barely get 1 post in somewhere before it goes down again for 6+ hours.
And sadly I don't have a phone that can post to Paizo as that seems to be a workaround :(

They've been stable more or less since yesterday. One of the threads someone opened had the IT people mention they think they found the issue and it should be fixed soon...

The problem is with a node managed by Opticfusion. I have discussed the matter with their network team and waiting on a timeline for resolution. More info to follow

We are in the process of addressing some of the infrastructure needs required to stabilize the website and make it more reliable for our customers. However, the hurdles we experience aren’t always in our control, take time to resolve and aren’t always fully explained post mortem. I also hesitate to broadcast details because it’s not generally good practice to publicize specifics especially if they are not validated.

We will continue to work to resolve issues post haste and appreciate any feedback you provide when experiencing difficulties with our site.
We do have an idea what the problem is but finding the "sweet spot" for resolution is taking a bit more time then I would like... We should have this under control very soon...
I very much appreciate your feedback and willingness to help isolate the problem. With that said, we do know where the problem is and the probable reason it's occurring. Tracerts end where they end for a reason... I can’t put an exact timeframe on when this will be resolved but we are putting all efforts into getting past this as soon as possible.

There are a couple of things we're looking at right now. Some upstream and some of our own stuff. We're not 100% sure what it is. It's a really weird issue. It basically feels like a weird routing issue, but doesn't manifest after we fiddle with some things internally which don't have a lot to do with routing. We've done some upgrades for paizocon but these only manifested post paizocon. So it's a real head scratcher.

Absolutely, it does seem like we can fix it in an instant. We can at least cure the symptoms, but we need figure out the cause. We tried some things tonight. I'll probably give everything that needs one a little love before I go home tonight.

I think it's related to something higher up on the chain. I think it's specific to the way we run our web service and there might be some work arounds.

From the quotes I gathered, I see mostly the same terminology today as I saw 2 weeks ago, plus a "hesitation to broadcast details" (for good reason).
My understanding, they could be fixed tomorrow, but they also could be fixed a week from now. They intentionally did not give a timeframe.

And on that note, I was on this morning at about 2am Mountain Time (or attempted to go on) and it was down then :/

Eidolons, by base rules, show no indication of needing to eat or sleep in order to survive. I don't believe outsiders are actually required to do either, and he is technically an outsider and not an 'organic' being with a soul in the same way that an android is. I think it'd be interesting if he didn't need to since he's a robot, but it's up to you. I assumed for now that he didn't, just for my last post, but obviously will ignore that if you'd prefer to do so.

It's worth noting that I, as a player, do not know the how or why of Ozymandias being an Unfettered Eidolon or where he originally comes from. He was on a spaceship and he kinda broke the laws of magic, that's all he really knows. So, my point is, I'm along for that wonderful joy ride with the rest of you.

I'm glad to say that it appears I was wrong about the Paizo forums, they seem to be working smoothly now :)

Also, I realized that I forgot to spend my last Talent, so if it is alright with you I will take the War Sphere, the Personal Conflict drawback and the Totemic Presence Talent.
At the moment, this allows me to Transform my Arm (again) into a Totem that grants everyone around me +2 damage for 1 round.
The War Sphere does not really jive well with Josephs backstory but I think it will grant him more room to grow as he levels.

As for Ozy, well someone will just have to multiclass into Summoner to bring him back >:)
Just think! He would then become your personal slave, and no one would ever abuse that situation!
No Synthesists please :(


I mean, technically Ozzy has a summoner. He's just, you know, dead. Somehow I think that might break magic even more.

Gobo has not posted I/C in over 5 weeks and has not responded to my PM. Due to the board fritz of June and my own extended absence of early July, for now I will bot him. At least until we arrive at the next town. If he does not return by then (whenever then is) I will remove him from the game. I do not see the need to Recruit as we have 6 even with his departure and the Players that were interested in this idea that did not get picked are having their own adventures in the Sandbox that is the Weird West Wastes of Golarion.

Generally, I remove PCs after two weeks of no contact and a failure to respond to a PM.
