Instinct and a hunter's sense guides Ihrin to Machiavelli in the dark desert night. The sound of rhythmic drums and chanting, screaming, moaning, groaning, and howling soon draw her along the right course, and she soon spies Machiavelli crouching behind the wooden fence of a great Kraal or cattle pen, and spying on dancers and drummers around a bonfire...
