I find my character (a monk1/ninja10) more and more in the situation that hitting gets harder and harder. So i asked myself, how many ways are there to impove the hit bonus?
I found those:
-Weapon Focus (+1)
-Weapon Finesse (if DEX build)
-Outflank (+4 if flanking)
-Enfilading Fire (+2 if flanking ranged)
-Point Blank Shot (+1 <30ft ranged)
-Moonlight Stalker (+2 if concealment)
-Big Game Hunter (+1vs large or larger)
-Weapon enhancements
-Bracers of Archery
Of course there are many spells etc, but since i didn´t play any caster yet i don´t have much of a clue there, so suggestions are welcome.
What i am searching for is a way to raise a characters chance to hit while possibly keeping enough feats free to pick some fun stuff (like taunt for halflings or most other feats that require small size and allow funny moves or else).

If you're including attack bonuses that are not constant...
Wand of Bless/Prayer/Divine Favor, Invisibility, Stealth
Also, anything that denies the enemy their dex bonus, or lowers their dex, will increase your chance to hit without actually raising your +attack.
Edit: If you trip your enemy then you'll gain a +4 bonus on melee attacks against them. Without trip, you can gain a +2 bonus for superior ground if you are higher up (mounted, on a table, etc.)

Weapon Finesse (if DEX build)
If your Dex is higher than your Str then you could conscider Weapon Finesse
.....
Anyway, looks like you've got all the obvious options covered. For less direct means, you could have a bard follow you around with Inspire Courage, or have a cleric follow you around casting bless or even guidance. You could dip a level of something so you can cast true strike, but you'd be alternating between casting one round and attacking the next.

Three levels in Fight (Weapon Master) then buy Gloves of Duelist: = +3 hit/damage with a type of weapon.
A level in Barbarian for Rage (+2 hit/dam, +2 hp/level, +2 Will, -2 Ac). +2 hit/dam if you add that Barbarian enhancement Furious to weapon (+1 enhancement).

In this vein, heroism is a great all purpose buff. +2 to hit and saves for 10 min/level. UMD on a wand of heroism would also be an option.

Have you remembered "feint", high ground, and the bonus against prone or kneeling opponents? They're all situational, of course, but they work. And high ground, at least, is a bonus that is often overlooked - fights on stairs, fights from horseback, and swashbuckling fights where you jump up on the table and kick the gravy bowl in their faces. ;)

A Truly Horrible and Disappointing Movie wrote:It's over Anakin!! I have the high ground!Probably my favorite part of the entire thing. Definitely my favorite line. Also classic is "Only the Sith deals in absolutes." I couldn't help but notice that that was an absolute statement. : P
...which I remember saying in the theater immediately after Obi-Wan said it; glad to know I'm not the only one who caught it. :-)
To the OP: really, you're looking for tactics at this point -- most of which gave been mentioned already: higher ground, trip, flank, and so on. Carrying wands for your party casters never hurts either.

If there are more levels to the game one option is to stop taking levels in a 3/4 BAB class. Break out of Ninja after not more than two levels and take fighter instead. Or more monk if you can count on being able to flurry.
Or more levels of monk at all. The next 2 levels of ninja and 3 levels of monk all give a point of BAB. (Now if he wanted to and his DM were willing, retraining 2 levels of ninja into 2 of monk would indeed increase his BAB by 1)

* Barbarian[urban] gains "Crowd Control" at 1st level, trading Fast Movement for the ability to gain AC+1 and Attacks+1 when adjacent to two or more enemies. My samurai is enjoying the dickens out of it even when on foot (and it's a lovely stack with elevation bonus while mounted).
* Pale Green Ioun Stone (cracked, type 1), 5,000gp, +1 competence bonus to attacks. ("Bard-in-a-bauble".)
* Scrolls of Grease -- hand out to party wizard (who often runs out of useful spells) or UMD PC. Slipped-and-prone enemies are +4 to hit in melee.

What race are you? If you're a dwarf, elf, or a half-anything, at 13th multiclass fighter and take Blind Fight and Moonlight Stalker as your two feats. Buy a wand of Obscuring Mist (UMD) and a Goz Mask.
-- As a ninja10, your opponents should never see you except at the moment they die. If you want them to.
Have fun.

According to D20pfsrd.com, Cracked Pale Green Ioun Stones cost 4,000, not 5,000. (Of course it could be an error.)

Grease is awesome, but the DC would suck from a scroll unless you're a Scrollmaster Wizard or you get higher Caster Level scrolls. It'd be useful for helping people prevent or escape from grapples or simply stop a charge as a readied action, but don't count on anyone slipping and falling.
