The mindslayer mold from the Bestiary section of Lands of the Linnorm Kings has an Avoidance special ability that allows it to "make a Reflex save as an immediate action to completely avoid an attack...". If the Reflex save is successful, the attack then harms the mold-infested creature instead of the mold.
Unfortunately, there is no DC listed for the Reflex save. What's the DC?

I don't have that book, and the creature is not listed in the PRD/SRD. If I had to make up something on the spot, I would say Reflex DC = the incoming attack roll.

This creature is reprinted in the Bestiary 4 and still does not answer this question.
Avoidance (Ex) When a mindslaver mold is infesting a living or undead creature and would be hit by an attack, it can make a Reflex save as an immediate action. If the mold succeeds, the attack doesn’t harm it and instead harms the infested creature—the mold effectively slithers out of the way of the incoming attack so that the blow strikes the creature it controls. The mindslaver mold must choose to attempt avoidance after the attack roll is resolved but before damage is rolled.

In context, the DC = Attack score seems the best fit.
Strict guidance
The DC for almost all special abilities is equal to 10 + 1/2 the creature's Hit Dice + a relevant ability modifier (usually Constitution or Charisma depending on the ability)
In this case, Dexterity seems relevant.
10 + 4/2 + 3 = DC 15
It should be pointed out that this would make it hard to do the better Reflexy the mold is. Which is why I think the Attack Score is the better fix and seems to vaguely be in context the intended fit.
