Fluid Inter-dimensional physically detached consciousness Roguish Healer/4

I woke up with a stomach flu, and now it's snowing. I hate this day.

VC - Sydney, Australia

Eww. Good to stay in bed though!

Fluid Inter-dimensional physically detached consciousness Roguish Healer/4

I did for most of the day today, but Freyja will be home from school any minute, and she'll be home all weekend.

SNOW!!!!! Woohoo! 5 years of not seeing the stuff for more than a day has made me miss it a great deal. Lucky bird.

I despise snow, BBB. It didn't stick this go 'round which suits me just fine. I'm sorry you miss it and hopefully you get somewhere to see some sometime soon.

Guess we'll have the first snowfalls in the next three weeks...I'm not looking forward to it to be honest.

Amazingly we have not had any snow yet. Usually we would at least have a flurry by now. Supposed to get below freezing in the next week I think, at least at night once or twice.

I hope your illness will prove to be a short one, so you two can enjoy a bit of the weekend at least.

Fluid Inter-dimensional physically detached consciousness Roguish Healer/4

Thanks feytharn, at least so far it doesn't seem to be getting worse!

I'd love to see snow once or twice in my life. That should be enough, I get cold too easily. Right now it's 30ºC around these parts.

Here where I'm at if you don't like the weather, just wait 10 minutes. Ohio weater runs the gamut... no raining fire and brimstone yet though.

But you have the added bonus of 100% humidity every day. And you get the World Cup next year followed by the Olympics. Which leads to the question - is your homeland going to be ready for either?

What is this snow stuff you speak of? Rather warm here... :p

Here in New Hampshire, we do not have snow . . . except between the months of October and May, and occasionally in September.

Fluid Inter-dimensional physically detached consciousness Roguish Healer/4

I'll not be moving to New Hampshire any time ever.

@ Tirion - thats how I remember NY state being.

Aaand this post makes 20,000...

Took me roughly 17 months, 510 days, roughly 20 posts a day... *looks down at pasty white skin* p'raps I need to get out more...

heh grats

Hmmm - not certain about your math there Mark, must be special Indian Ocean math. Last time I checked, 510*20 = ~10,000. I think you started closer to 3 years ago.

Congrats either way. I am still about 3500 behind you.

Yeah, the timing was for the last 10,000.

Male Gnome Sorcerer/9 - (HP: 49/49 - AC20;FF17;T18 - F+5;R+6;W+7 - Init+9 - Per+11)

Heh - I am averaging right around 20/day as well. Still 3500 behind you though.

Nope. Absolutely not. I can show you guys around a couple really nice beaches, though.

Plus, no one has ever wanted to see a Canadian wax, huh!?! hahahaha

The trick is to use maple syrup.

Wanted to print out a to-scale map of an encounter area for my PFS guys, turns out that the map would be around 4m x 2m.

Might be too ambitious.

Scarab Sages

Wait, you don't use two ping pong tables put together as your gaming table? Now I am dissappointed...

VC - Sydney, Australia

I dont like pingpong.

If you are not Asian, you do not like ping pong. I am pretty sure you could end up in the ER playing with even the worst Asian player. Only place I have gone into a sporting goods store and found an entire wall of table tennis shoes! Didn't even realize such things existed.

It would be a bit of a bear, but could you do it one panel at a time like they started doing with 2nd ed. or Hero Quest?

Yeah could be. I was tossing up a 25mm scale reproduction of the Castle Vraid map, but on recalc its closer to 5m long - and about 2m wide. That's a bloody big map.

I was going to do it for the ooh ahhs. Now I am not so sure.
The whole session there is only 5 hours (a PFS scenario)

Male Gnome Sorcerer/9 - (HP: 49/49 - AC20;FF17;T18 - F+5;R+6;W+7 - Init+9 - Per+11)

Get a video projector, or borrow one, and shoot it up on a white wall from you computer. Not quite the same, but it would look pretty cool. If the wall is long enough, you should be able to get most of the size.

VC - Sydney, Australia

Stick the minis on with blutack.

Male Gnome Sorcerer/9 - (HP: 49/49 - AC20;FF17;T18 - F+5;R+6;W+7 - Init+9 - Per+11)

I would recommend duct tape, but that might make a mess of the paint.

VC - Sydney, Australia

One of the best looking maps when laid out in 25mm was the circus in Murders Mark. Was a great module too!

Can we go back to the notion that if someone misses their call in 24 hours that they just get DMPC'd or something? Taking a loooooooooong time to resolve things :(

If it is abut HoJ - I just don#t want to update my spell list in mid-combat unless ZZ is Ok wit that.

Nah its not just HoJ, the fights are all in slow-mo.
Each round should only take 24 hours max, or we draaaaaaaaag and its slowly draining my will to live :p

Agreed. I just posted in Tark's campaign. I had no clue people were waiting for me. I thought I had posted several days ago, must of hit preview and then closed the page, that is what usually happens.

I have nothing of value to say here, I just detest it when it gets to quiet around the campfire so I'll throw in a song.
