I have everything but the NPC's in the Spire converted.
Do people want it in pieces or are you able to wait for the whole thing.
It'll be another week or two (I think) before I finish the whole thing, but for those who are starting it soon the stats I have should hold you for a while.
It'll be a little while before I'm there (my PC's are only a third of the way through book 2), so feel free to just send me the whole lump when you're finished. I thank you greatly! =)
For most of the creatures I've stripped them down to their base stat's and then built them up from there, keeping the changes that the author's made (for example, I kept the stat locations the same for elite creatures).
For HP's I've given each creature Max at first and then half+1 for the rest.
Spoiler:
The Hidden Beast is the most changed. When I did a quick conversion he ended up with 375 hp's, an AC in the high 30's low 40's, Displacement, Mirror Image, Improved Invisibility, level drain, grapple+constrict, and 10 power attacks doing 1d8+22. The ability to level drain and do over 300 points a round, with constrict, seemed like a bit of a party killer. The new Decapus in Bestiery 2 is pretty different anyway, though I'm tempted to add the Agile Grapple ability from the Handmaiden Devil:
Agile Grappler (Ex) A X does not gain the grappled condition if she grapples a foe.
Whole thing is fine for me, and Sins too, if you dont mind.
Actually, if youve got them for any of the other mods, too, Id love to see your versions. Ive already got your Skinsaw Murder one though. At least I think that was you. And its very awesome.
I wouldnt call this sloth. Just taking the help where help is offered.
I'm most of the way through converting the Major NPC's from Spire to Pathfinder.
If anyone wants a copy of the word file post an email address here and I'll send it out when I'm done.
You should also submit them to the folks at D20PFSRD.com. They post conversions for everything, and these two modules have the least amount of work done for them.

+1 to this.
I've been using them to help with my game-prep workload for a while now, and any more data for the end of this AP would be most welcome there :)

Same with the copies please. Right now my group is just about ready to finish Burnt Offerings, then I'm going to run the mini-adventure Chopper's Island.
I'd figured that with six players, I'll add in Kill Bargle from one of the last Dungeon magazines, along with Beast of Burden Hill, from Goodman Games DCC #29's The Adventure Begins.
That would give my players enough XP to tackle not only Skinman, but also finish the module at high enough level to actually be survivable against the Boss Monster. :)
**Thread necromancy**
I would really like to send me your conversions on Sins of the Saviors and Spires of Xin-Shalast. My mail is tsioulak@csd.auth.gr
Thank you.
... having checked, nope! Both of these would be great to have for later, if you'd be so inclined. Thanks for the trouble. You can send em to shag.grenade@live.com
Do you mind if i upload them to d20pfsrd? (with credit to you of course)
I don't mind at all. In fact please do. I just don't have the time to post them.
Also, the math probably needs some work, and there are some minor errors I'm just not going to get around to (for instance: the Ice Devil is immune to cold, not resistant to it).
Me and my group are about to finish Kingmaker (1 session to finish the 5th book) and we most probably are going to start Rise of the Runelords (now that we have the conversion), i will sure let you know how things are going to turn out.
if you still check this thread I am interested in seeing what you have done. my party has had an easy time(i have kept everything the same, save for 2-3 various npcs) Karzoug i updated and the champion of greed as well, but noone else.
