I'm probably missing one or two off of that list, but that gives you a pretty good idea. :)
Edit: remembered which one I was missing. Howl's Moving Castle.
I love Miyazaki's movies which says something because I find most anime to be laughably crappy.

Should a Bugbear with 2 rogue level and 1 barbarian level be CR 4 or 5?
CR 4, as Justin said.
That said, combining Rogue with Barbarian isn't usually a great combo for adding to a 3/4th BAB bonus class already. It's legally CR 4, but it might only pack a CR 3's worth of wallop. Consider that when building encounters with such a creature.

Um, have the old Bestiary rules for CR when adding class levels been changed? (Not trying to start anything.)
And to your second point: sneak up behind PC, immediate action to rage, and sneak attack (if BT would allow it). If it hits, could kill a spellcaster (with the right weapon). If there are multiple bugbear rogue/barbarians, they would flank throughout the fight and do good damage.

Yeah. The stuff in PF is a little different than in 3.5. That's why I offered that little bit of advice on running an encounter with such a leveled creature. It's filled a strange middle niche that doesn't excell either as a skilled character or melee character, so it' somewhere in betwix. :P

from the PRD
"...increase a creature's CR by 1 for every 2 class levels added until the number of levels added are equal to (or exceed) the creature's original CR, at which point they are treated as “key” levels..."
so CR 2 base + 1 for the first two levels, and +1 for the last level.

We're talking PF still. I thought you were saying you were still playing 3.5

I think CR 5 works also. There will be 3 7th level and 3 8th level PCs, and I'll probably use 6 bugbears for CR 10 total. It should make for an interesting fight in heavy woods at night.
