As someone who has seen Captain Yesterday's handiwork, I can say yes, hard work does build character.
However, after talking to Vany about his first jobs, I remain concerned about people with that kind of mindset being exploited. That said, I am sure Captain Yesterday can sense a bad deal and walk away.

Also I'm a fan of "work smart, not hard" being a smaller guy I'm not muscling 600 pound steps into place myself.
But, give me a mini bobcat, pry bar, and a couple of chains...
It kind of reminds me more of a lasagna. Kind of a deep dish pizza I guess. Looks good. You use a lot more red sauce and and a lot less cheese then I do with my homemade pizza.
It looks like my mom's pizza, except my my often makes it on a thicker crust.

Local con seems to be going well, if not smoothly. We were getting 2-3 tables a slot yesterday, helped by walk-ins given we were literally in the central mustering room for the entire event. Thankfully, once muster was over we were mostly left to our own devices. (Other than my VL getting questions about the con itself instead of just PFS.)
