what about in the first movie? I think everyone was nekkid in that.I like it all. That being said in a movie I like it when it is called for. This wasn't. Kind of distracted from the movie rather than adding anything in.A leg man, are we? ;-)It's an OK movie with gratuitous breasts and lack of plot. I did not care for it myself to be honest.I liked the new Conan movie.Really? The wife and I are waiting to netflix it.Actually that made more sense. Chick getting naked cause she was drugged and about to be sacrificed. chick getting naked 'cause Conan is going to have his way with her. Naked Orgy where the cultists are drugged up.

I am sure many people did. I didn't. Not going to bash on you for it. I was just expecting...more. I do like that they at least acknowledge REH stories and have references to them. It's such a small thing I know, but it did make me smile.
Must remember to watch Conan one night via On Demand. Also the Green Lantern Animated series premier that I missed on Cartoon Network.
GL was pretty bad. I do hope it gets better with time, but it's a Hal series- he's primarily going to be saving the day over and over again while every GL around him holds his cape or is almost but not quite as good as he is.
Kill Bill Vol. 01 and 02 stand out worry editions to any DVD, IMOPO.

i more have nothing against kender and ewoks than like them. I've found that most people who have issues with them are a bit unbalanced, like the situation mentioned above. I'll go into the story about the guy who had to be kicked out of the theater for ruining the rotj movie in the 90s another time, I gotta go to lunch.i just don't get the ewok hate. And yes, this is me talking. They always seemed to be an example of why a rock to the base of the skull is just as deadly as a laser blast to the chest. That said I hated jar jar and still do -his people didn't get vindicated until the clone wars tv series.Friend: I was totally loving the beta of SW:TOR it was so awesome

Yeah, I don’t really get Ewok hate. Sure, they were probably just put in there for the merchandising opportunity and to appeal to younger kids, but half the characters, aliens and vehicles from Empire and Jedi were only there for merchandising, and no one said that every alien species needs to be big and ugly.
It is a bit silly that the ewoks were able to beat the ‘legion’ of stormtroopers, but then its already been well established by this point that stormtroopers couldn’t shoot the broad side of a bus, and that stormtrooper armour is less than useless.

Morning FAWTL folks.
So lately our three year old has been asking for a puppy. Last night he tells me that he "pray for Christmas doggy". And last night a beautiful siberian husky walked into Solnes' store without tag or collar on, then proceeds to obey every command she is given. The dog is now in our house, as she followed my wife to her truck and jumped right in at the end of the night. She's housebroken, leash trained, and obeys very well.
Guess the Big Guy heard the little guy's wish.
Also awesome, or I should say faweseome.

Cool! Is that a Czech car? I seem to recall that name from somewhere. I just got a used Dodge Caravan with a handicapped ramp package. I am very excited about thiswe were car hunting today. GF bought a nice Skoda Fabia and is quite happy. Now the bureaucracy treadmill starts (insurance, registration...)

You see the odd Skoda around Sydney, they have a showroom here, I've heard it is an ok car.

It proved easier to find a bunch of little people actors than basketball players, though. Hence: ewoks. I very vaguely recall some of that from high school chemistry ... but that was a long time ago and it was not my best subject, so I probably wouldn’t be of any help.
I think I am getting a cold too. Summer started here in Sydney a few days ago and it is looking like the coldest first week of Summer since 1960. It has been very cool the past two nights and I woke up with a sore throat, blocked ears and a sniffle this morning. Not good, ‘cos I am going to have a very busy next two to three weeks, can’t really afford to be sick.

No worries. I figured it out. It was pretty much staring me in the face, I was just so foggy that I wasn't figuring it out. And now on to algebra....thank goodness it's just graphing inequalities. I'm pretty sure I can't mess this up even with a fever. :)
