We're supposed to get a cold snap Monday to Wednesday of next week, projected highs of 76-79, lows of 58-59. Then back up to the 80's.
Since we're still in the 90's every day here, I'll take it.

We had a couple days in the upper 70's - lower 80's. Felt good. Still got sunburned, but it felt good. Yesterday it was cloudy, rainy, humid, and 87.
Also, my body and I are still at war. It's currently winning.

We're in the typical "waiting for the Big One" weather pattern: It's dropped into the 40s at night so we actually have to close up the windows and everything (I know, I know, cry me a river) and high 60s during the day.
But at some point in October, we'll get a week of 90+ weather. We always do.
So Weather Underground is hedging its bets and constantly predicting a warming trend. At some point it'll hit, and they'll be right...

They know d****d well they can't touch me. I fixed my roof (protected by Prop 13) and installed solar (can't add more tax than I paid for the system). So instead, it's, "Oh, here's our notification that we're trying to cheat you out of almost $15,000 a year. Since we notified you, if you don't do anything anything bad that results is your fault."
Yet another example that opt-out is a sham perpetrated by the evil and/or greedy. Or does the latter necessitate the former?

On March 30, 2019, Nikkan Sports announced that a sequel to the original Tiger & Bunny series is currently in production.
So... hype!
There's also a live action movie coming out for some reason, but eh. I'm not yet able to care unless it turns out awesome! In which case, I'll be hype!

Also, also, came across this comparison from the uncensored and Netflix versions, which is pretty cool. It makes me realize it's the exact same thing as this movie!
... no, wait, let me explain: it's a good movie, I swear!
... well, okay, it's not a good movie... but it is a pretty fantastic one! And I enjoy it a lot! Also it shows a very corporate side to super-heroism (and critiques it) without being entirely cynical about the whole thing. They're more like two sides to the same coin - not the same thing, I guess, just related in a lot of interesting ways.
Anyway, it's good!

I do JoJo one better: The kids had "JoJo Fridays" where they all came over and watched JoJo while I was in the living room. And they said that watching it here was "the best" because of my frequent scathing comments about the insanity that is that monstrosity.
And yeah, they all agree that Stardust Crusaders is the best as well.
