This has nothing to do with anything, but since it's FAWTL, I don't care.

What is up with naming every single fricking storm, Weather Channel? I admit, 'Pax smashes southeast' is kind of amusing, but I'm really sick of this trend. Maybe I'm mourning the melting of Suzy Snowflake yesterday or something.

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles. I'm past the point of caring about labels and more concerned with tips and techniques to get on in life, and with being around people who understand me.

Good luck, and don't let 'em wear you down.

Mental health is the only medical field where other people get an opinion on whether or not you are sick. My condolences.

Here's hoping a diagnoses that works for you is found soon, magus.

Another morning, another long discussion about how I may be on spectrum for autism.

That makes armchair psychologists having diagnosed me with autism 97 times, dissociative personality disorder 57 times, ADHD 20 times, and as being possessed by evil spirits 9 times.

So, apparently, I'm the living equivalent of a sugared-up Legion with a development disorder.

Officially my diagnosis is just various overcomplicated ways of saying "WTF?"

+1ing Wise Treppa's wisdom.

{hands MJ "So You Wish to Be a Slaad" and "The Exciting World of Chaos" pamphlets} No pressure, but if you decide to go full-time slaad, just let me or Gentleman Nurn hook you up with a larva.

*Hat tip*

With their infiltration of SyFy complete, WWE have now set their sights on the Weather Channel?

Worry not, true believer! Wizards and sorcerers get an extensive redo, with a heavy focus on specialization and schooling for wizards(you're going to have to explain why you using magic beyond "I found a spellbook one day...") and the burden of potentially unwanted power for sorcerers(see deus ex "I didn't ask for this" jokes). Also, spending hit points to cast spells when out of slots for the day.

I dunno, Don Music made a pretty good career out of it.

Okay, attention all Fawtls. Let it be known that I hate my supervisor slightly less today because she got me and my coworker lunch today, for which I am grateful, very very grateful. Thank you, supervisor.

I have a question about where you live when you get a moment.

My daughter is going to be in Kassel for a month for an exchange program.

You probably want Pax to smash Hesse too. :P

So your daughter is making the Kassel Run?

In considerably fewer parsecs.

It's still better than getting the runs from White Castle.

I learned as a slaadling from Yosemite Sam that Hessians are without no aggression.

I got a Neti pot and, after having read a few articles about people getting Brain Amoebas from using tap water, decided to follow the directions (!) and use boiled water.

But now I'm wondering how far to go. The Neti pot is plastic so I can't boil it. How clean is the pot itself? I pour the boiling water into a ceramic cup to cool so the Neti pot doesn't melt. How clean is that cup? It just came out of the dishwasher. Is it germ-free? I've breathed on it. Am I safe from my own germs?

I left the Neti pot in the bathroom and now I'm worried that it contains a film of fecal bacteria. How do I get rid of that? I don't want a fecal bacteria sinus irrigation!

To hell with it. I'm using vodka.

I am a a big neti pot believer/user, and I think you'll be fine so long as you rinse your neti pot regularly (flush with the toilet seat down!!). Boiled water is fine too, just make sure it's at room temperature (obviously) when netiing.

Who makes up for her not-niceness in sheer badassness.

Making a small booking today. My cab was bitten (in the arse) by a Jagaur.

Not at fault, my spine is still intact.

And you provided Sweden with one of our best kings, Fredrik I. He kept out of politics and was content to frolick with his mistress while the Riksdag ran the country.

I plan to go home tonight and beat my practice "drum" until I fall down.

then I will drink something alcoholic.

Then I will fall into bed.

Is there anything we can do to improve your day?

Nope. Was at work until 10:30 last night. Got home, went to bed, got up, came to work.

I am totally fried today.

Some violence committed against the pillows I set up to practice Japanese Taiko drumming, then a nightcap and some sleep should begin to right things.

My brother uses one for his allergies and I'm pretty sure it made life livable for him again. My wife could sure help herself if she's just try. She, has frequent runny nose from minute amounts of dust--very sensitive.

My wife loves her neti pot. I bought one for myself and used it a few times, but did not like it at all.

Back from work. I took two hours of overtime. *yawn*

Bah. No gold today either. But at least the Swedes beat the Norwegians.

And now to try and get some proper 8 hours of sleep for the first time in four days so I can post something in Jess Door's PbP and hope it actually makes sense.

I think I shall also check to see if my FLGS has a Bluray copy the new animated Justice League movie. I know my old one back in Philly started carrying comic movies, but I never checked this one to see if they did.
