Very cool! You gotta love when hard work is recognized.

Well, the car's messed up, but I think it's just the thermostat, and I can do that myself, cost less than $25. Whew...

HEY! That's not funny!

My co-workers tell me I've been running around the factory floor for the last 90 minutes in blue & green tights telling people my name was Zongo. And I don't remember any of it.

Awright folks. This unusually slow day has crawled to an end for me. I'll see everyone tomorrow.

got back from therapist, so far so good. She has brought to my attention that she works with EMDR. This might actually work so hopefully in the next couple of weeks we will start building up to this procedure.

Oh, yeah Boondock Saints is the best movie in the world, evar!!!! ;)

Later Freehold.

With that, I am off to buy coffee and to figure out how to use the new coffeemaker I bought to make coffee for my Mom when she gets here tomorrow.

Adios.

Thanks for the congrats guys. It was nice getting out there and working beside someone who ask for my input, and holds the same values of taking care of the customer that I do. He is very excited about my help in growing his company.

Well I'm going to spend some time with family so after I check on PbP I may not be on again.

Actually some jobs are requiring you to friend them so they can see your deepest, darkest secrets and blackmail you.

Fortunately, most of the execs in charge of this have trouble saving their email in folders other than the TRASH folder, so by blocking them from your wall, they think you just don't post much.

If that were me, someone would put out an APB as to my whereabouts. I have no idea why, though.

At long last, here are the photos of that game store in Pescara. There's the facade, the big dragon maw that you walk through to get to their gaming tables, and two 4e books in Italian translation: the Player's Handbook 1 and 3, and "Sottosuolo" (Underdark). For some reason "Sottosuolo" amused me. I think it was the Italian title on a book with a big mindflayer on the cover.

The interior pictures are a bit shaky because the light wasn't so good, but it's enough to get an idea.

(The photobucket page also has my old "not a sockpuppet" picture, if you're wondering why that's there.)

I can't take credit, but thanks. {stares at parents cupboard, quickly re-arranges all plates and saucers from largest to smallest... and then the coffee cups, putting like together...}

I haven't tried it yet, but I'll be running out tomorrow for sourdough starter (and powdered sugar for a light icing glaze). It looks yummy.

Going crazy.

I should be getting ready to go to bed soon, but I am on vacation. But, my family won't get here til about 1600 tomorrow. And I have a few things left to do, but I can't get myself moving to do it. I just want to have fun doing something, but I don't really have anything to do that I WANT to do. So I decieded to make a 3rd level character for a Midnight campaign a friend of mine might be running in the future but I don't know how he will be doing ability generation so I sent him an FB message to find out but after I sent it there is no record of it in my messages sent box and that makes me want to send it again but if it is just not yet showing up and did get sent I don't want to drive him nuts with multiple messages.

I'm going crazy.

After rechecking, I have discovered that I previously checked the messages box rather than the sent box. So, my message got through.

Yeah!

At least I brought joy to someone's day today.

It's all good now. I just picked a common dice rolling method that we have played with and used it. The result ended up being outstanding. Of course, I won't ever get to use them, but it will give me something to play with.

Huzzah for the LPM's new gig, hooray for FreeholdDM's second job, and a big woot-woot for Woody's news. Hope the thermostat fixes HD's car. I thought ours was broken the other day. The starter wouldn't fire, even though I had just charged the battery. The next day, I realized that I couldn't get the keys out of the ignition. Yep - it was in Drive so it wouldn't start. Duh. Of course, the battery is out again. *sigh*

It's those pesky wasps again. They're psionically confusing you so they can steal your car when your guard is down.
