She says no. But they do make them in the Smarties type candies. As well as bra and panty sets. :D

Good morning Fawlties. Hows things?

Its averaged 107F (40'C) for the last week in Sydney. Nobody has slept, I have grumpy kids and a grumpy wife.. Our cat has been sleeping in the bath tub.

Yesterday a cool change came through and dropped the temp down to 75'F, I though at last we are going to get a good nights sleep..... nope I dont know why but the whole family was wide a wake and the kids were up and down all night..

I might be able to get a nights unbroken sleep tonight I hope.

It is about 15c today and will get colder tonight and tomorrow along with more snow. Wanna trade?
I have only seen snow about six times in my life... My girls have never seen any.... It is cheeper for us to go skiing in New Zealand (flights chair lift, skis, included) than it is to drive to the Snowy Mountains (about 6-8 hours drive from Sydney) and stay at a resort there.

That is sad.

I do hate the mad wizard. Somebody should do something about that guy! Maybe some kind of strike team, with swords and specialists and magic! Yeah, that's the ticket. They'll invade his underground bunker and defeat his defenses, then kill his butt!

You know, this sounds vaguely familiar...

Sounds like a great plot for a movie.

Only, it needs a twist, like the mad wizard is actually the father of one of the strike team members. I've got the line of dialog already figured out for the reveal: "No, *whine*, that's not true! *whine* That's impossible! *whine* *whine*"

A doctor! What an excellent idea! A doctor would know the difference between a trochanter and a condyle.....but I don't like the white coats. Too many white coats.
Wait! Do you want a real doctor, or just a physician?

Do you know the difference between a trochanter and a condyle? (As a note other than telling me to just memorize it my prof couldn't explain the difference to me either. It's driving me frakking nuts.)

Ewwwwww.

I went to eat some chips and salsa. The salsa was a couple of weeks old, but it was still sealed and before its use by date and it's been in the fridge the whole time. So I open it up. It smells fine. So I take a bite. Something doesn't taste right. So I take another bite to try and figure it out. No, definitely doesn't taste right. And just as I was trying to figure it out I noticed the bubbles in the salsa. It had fermented. It didn't taste right because you don't expect salsa to contain alcohol. And for the record, fermented tomato juice? Yeah, don't try it. Beyond disgusting.

Ah, I know which one you're talking about then. There was another edition that was released a while back that took steps toward 4e. A friend and I have been working on updating the old d20 Star Wars to be more like Pathfinder. We haven't gotten very far, I most blame schedule conflicts.
Right, it's not the SAGA version (or whatever WOTC is calling the latest one), but the one just before that, I think. I'd be interested in seeing what you come up with in your update, if you ever get back to it.

SAGA is actually pretty good. It has most of the good bits from 4E before WotC got all stupid with it.

Hmmm. This project goes slower than I originally supposed. But it's such good practice. Well, I'll just have to see if I can speed it up a bit.

Also feeling like a schmuck.

Spoiler:
Even though we did the main birthday celebration on Saturday, I offered to make dinner for Dan on Tuesday since it's his actual birthday. And then he reminded me that it was my first week working with the cadaver and that I was not likely to want to cook (or eat) after that. Heck, I was ill for an entire night after the orientation. I think I'm going to be enjoying more vegetarian options in the days ahead. :/

Good night all. Tomorrow is another busy day.
