We refinanced 7 yrs ago to a 15 year mortgage -4.875%, at the behest of a financial plnr. Raised the bill $300 per month but saves us $130k in interest. It's been tight, but we are so looking forward to paying it off. Plus it's cool to see $ going on the balance every month. I highly recommend it if possible.

~grumbles~ Well, I honestly wish I had never bought my house. That is what I get for listening to friends instead of my gut.

Yeah trust me, I want to do that as well.

I get that way too. I wanted a house further from Detroit, the Empress wanted one closer to her parents. But house prices in MI have tanked so it sux to be a mortgage holder.

Oh, that is just ONE of the reasons why I wish I had not bought this damnable albatross.

My house lost $17.5k in value from the 2008 plunge. Stinks since I'm the original owner.

We'll hopefully be in our house for another 5 years, and (again hopefully) the market will have rebounded somewhat by then.

RPG Superstar 2012

So, I'm at work again by myself this evening. I'm enjoying this schedule.

Actually, I went in late today, so today it's a good thing. :)

It's when I get here at 7:30 and leave 15 hours later that it's not a good thing.

I admit that I wasn't sure if I was being sarcastic. :D

What is your woman usually doing when you're loitering here online with the rest of us gamer geeks? :P

Solnes had a stressful day. Maybe Moorluck is helping her unwind. :)

I'll have to wait for that to come out on DVD....it's on a channel that I don't carry. Been hearing nothing but love and good things about the program.

Well, I think I am signing off although I may continue working on my character profile.

I wish. She has been working on her assignment, and I have been trying not to disrupt her by slowly rebuilding my character on Fallout3. My last one was deleted somehow. :/

Looks like I missed everybody.

Ouch! That sucks. Don't forget that Operation : Achorage provides power armor training rather early.

Final Paper written...check. Team evaluation done....check. Discussion questions discussed...check. First class of my bachelors path completed. Check! :D

Nice to see that we were missed. I thought of you guys too. :)

Going to bed now. I can hopefully get about 5 hours in before getting up and getting to my inventory, and then I start a new class tomorrow. Busy day! :D

Well, I have StarGate SG-1 Seasons 1 through 10 , StarGate Atlantis Seasons 1 through 5, and all the movies. Even if they are not on Blu-ray, they are well worth getting.
