Nothing to really start the day off with yet other than today is not off to a good start as I clocked in late due to a change in policy that states we can no longer clock in when we arrive to work, only when our day "officially" starts. Only good news is that, once again, I have another potential buyer for the bike. I hope to show it to them today after work.

Mornin' folks. It's a good thing I stayed up later than I thought I could last nihgt. Woke up at %:30 am and been chattin' with my mom. Ir's good to be back on a day schedule.

It's kind of hard for me to do though. I think my body is more predisposed to being up at night. I think it might have something to do with my epigenetics; my mom was a regular night worker when she was pregnant with me.

Well, even if you choose to be nocturnal rather than diurnal, a regular sleep schedule is important.
