Well, we've got four people still playing, so...
so.... :) we can probably find another player if we need to without much issue; lots of people have kicked around the idea of "from our world, fell into a fantasy world" probably not to hard to recruit whatever you need.

My character is a special-ops ranger, outdoors type. Looking at ranger class in the fantasy world, if we get to choose that is.

Read the thread from the beginning and bone up on character creation then submit your character for approval.

I'm sorry to say this, but now that my homebrew world is live at the Pathfinder Database, I feel extremely bitten by the bug to write. So I'm retracting my bid to GM this game so that I'll have more time to work on my homebrew. My apologies for getting anyone's hopes up about playing this game.

I am still interested; I just dont check all the threads all the time; when your ready and I dont catch on; just put a note in my pbp threads or the comic/thor thread as i check those almost every day.

When was it said that we had to be part of a research corporation? I re-read the thread before I even made my character, and all I was able to pick up is that TAD hasn't even decided on whether we're part of a project or if we get sent back due to some supernatural phenomena.

That, and the only real requirement for the portal presentation to work is that we all have to be at there. It could be a public presentation, for all we know.
EDIT: Say, what classes are you all planning on taking once we've actually gotten another level. We've definitely got a ranger and a monk, Scarlet's probably going for fighter, and what's Dr Dob going for? Right now I could probably go for either Sorcerer or Oracle, depending on what we need more.

I was looking at going ranger, but a druid wouldn't be too far a streach for my character. Whichever would be the best fit for the party. I haven't played either class yet, so I would be good with one or the other. I am leaning towards ranger at this time though.

Dr Dob; being bookish, am thinking Wizzy, I dont know anything about an Oracle, but sorcerer would be ok as well. I dont remember what source material we have classes to choose from; if you could remind me that would be cool. As a research scientist/engineer; he would be all into how things work and building stuff and manipulating energy. Am thinking in the long long term; he might be able to build another device on the other side that opens a portal home.
