Yes, I know, the edition war is over, and we all won. I have a daisy, you have a daisy, we're all hugging merrily along.
Ok, not me so much.
A freaking 4E book has come relatively close to the Pathfinder book in the Roleplaying Games category on Amazon!
See the ranking here.
At the time of this posting the 4E book Adventurers Vault 2 is ranked 336 while the Pathfinder RPG book is ranked 327.
Now my question is, how could we get that number up? Buy more books from Amazon?

The daisy totally got nerfed in the new edition. I'm houseruling its subtype back to weed.
The new daisy is fine as long as you keep the old fluff. Your daisy can still fit in the same role if you put the stats in the right place and Roleplay a bit....it is a roleplaying game and all. I like the new daisy that is flexible enough to take on the role of tulip, chrysanthemum, or morning glory. No more boring, dumb daisy for me!

It isn't a competition.
The best thing you can do for Pathfinder is to celebrate the similarities (such as there are) between 4e and Pathfinder. In this way, 4e can be the "gateway" so to speak, but when a 4e player wanders onto these boards he is not reviled but welcomed as a fellow open-minded gamer.
That will convert players to new systems, not adversarial knee-jerk reactions. If I were a new player who started on 4e, nothing would put my off Pathfinder faster than the elitism that proliferates amongst the grognards. That said, it's hard for me to fight it sometimes too, since I really love the Pathfinder stuff, and 4e isn't my style.
The best thing for this game is for the players to be friendly and open minded.

Soon they, as well as every faction here, will fall under the power of the dread Lord Asmodeus! "Why yes, I am Chelaxian...."

Revile is such a strong word. We prefer "pity". Yes...that's it. We pity you because you were not born in Oppara. Just don't get too close. Cheliaxians always have the most unique smell about them.

Daisy versus dot-matrix, hmm, that's a tricky one.
I mean you can print out pictures with a dot-matrix and it makes that almost hypnotic 'bzzzzzzt-dmmm, di-di-di, di-di-di, di-di-di, bzzzzzzt-dmmm' sound as it prints, whereas a daisy goes 'rat-tat-tat' like the printer version of a submachine gun, spitting out hundreds of words a minute and making the computer trolley vibrate. And you have to change the wheel on a daisy if you want to use a different character set...
I don't think I can make my mind up on this one.

I agree with everything you have ever said in your life, but especially that which I have quoted above.
I would also humbly submit that every 4E player we encounter should be sent the following link:
http://paizo.com/store/games/roleplayingGames/d/4E
If Paizo sells 4E stuff, they have more money to create Pathfinder stuff. Everybody wins.

Ah, *fiendish* daisies -- now that is another thing, indeed! You just need to be careful with those crafty bugg... oh, right, um... how about a little sacrifice (of blood) and a prayer to Asmodeus? That never hurt anyon... (er, I take that back).

Ah, that's because you've been using too much Chelaxian opium (which we make of Fiendish Poppies, you know), and therefore you equate Chelaxians with that odour. And, of course, your sense of smell has probably been more or less ruined by your life-long use of storng, sickly-sweet Taldorian perfumes. ;P
