Good luck!

One of my favorite Duran Duran songs, Come Undone.

And then there is Lita Ford and Ozzy Ozborne's Close My Eyes Forever.

Then I make the jump to Peter Gabriel's In Your Eyes.

BTW, the best rendition of that song, IMHO!

Good luck! Don't taze yourself, bro!

Then again, there is Fatboy Slim's Weapon of Choice with Christopher Walken dancing.

Have fun. I will be back later.

Interesting stuff...past, but not forgotten.

What stuff? If it was something I typed, I'm sorry; it wasn't on purpose. :)

Yes on two counts... ;)

Well, you're doing better than many (including me). Just don't let the wife or Solnes know. ;)

Silver Crusade

Day 2 in Vermont was very nice.

We stayed in Burlington today, and saw some the beautiful waterfront on Lake Champlain and the open-air shopping district. The shopping district contained a pretty large FLGS, which of course I checked out. Well stocked on Pathfinder products, I'm happy to report, including a few unsold copies of the core rulebook.

Everything was very busy. On one hand, we were happy that the city wasn't deserted the way Rochester is. On the other hand, we were unhappy that the city wasn't deserted the way Rochester is, because there were lines for everything.

We had trouble finding a restaurant for dinner, because every place had an hour or more wait. I decided we should head back out of town a little ways to eat at a Japanese steakhouse we saw on our way in. I knew that on busy weekends, you can always find a table at a hibachi restaurant, as long as you don't want hibachi. Nobody wants the non-hibachi tables. The chicken teriyaki was delicious.

(Funny hibachi story... The last time I actually ate at one of those hibachi tables was at a restaurant in Rochester. Usually those chefs are downright theatrical. But I think ours was on quaaludes. He just muttered to himself and went lazily about his business setting stuff on fire and throwing things in the air. He was the most unenthusiastic hibachi chef I have ever seen. Then he threw an egg up in the air and caught it on the edge of his spatula while the egg drained off onto the grill, which was cool. Then he threw another egg up in the air, caught it on the edge of his spatula, and had to spend 3 minutes picking egg shells out of the rice. I felt sorry for him...)

So, I have to tell you something... Right near our hotel is a Barnes & Noble. We decided to run in for some coffee after dinner. I waited in the car while my partner went inside. This guy rides up in a bicycle, and parks it over by some bushes. Then he proceeds to urinate in said bushes. I thought, "Maybe he's homeless. A lot of places don't let people off the street come in and use their bathrooms. But Barnes & Noble wouldn't care. Maybe he doesn't know that." But then, he zipped up his pands and went into the store. WTF! Why the hell would you pee outside a Barnes & Noble and then go inside. I know their bathrooms are always terrible, but seriously?

Anyway, tomorrow we are going to see some more rural areas, including, if all goes as planned, a tour of the Ben & Jerry's plant. I hope all is well with everyone here!

Glad to hear you're having a good time. We go to a local hibachi place every once in a while, and there are regular chefs we hope we get when we eat there. It's no fun when the chef is not into it, but I guess you can't be "on" all the time.

The guy probably urinated in the bushes because he saw Zombieland. He didn't want to get attacked by zombies while he was in the bathroom. Perfectly understandable...

I don't think Flash wants his girlfriend sending her husband to kill him for running around on her...that sound really messed up to anyone?

You're gonna be working for The Man soon anyway. You'll be in their good graces in no time, and then you'll be using Carnivore/Echelon/whatever to discover all our secrets. So, you'd have uncovered it all anyway.

Run, Flash, run!

Half Empty = Moorluck knows where I live and will be armed...

The glass is neither half full or half empty. The glass needs to be re-engineered to fix the required fluid content.
