Too bad about that..the DM didn't even say goodbye.
I'm still gona stay in case we hear something important happened to him. Plus, levelling is good practice for getting to know the new system.
The hit points stayed the same because I rolled a 1, have no Con modifier, and the Quickness trait steals a hit point at every level. If it were my Con, I would get at least one every level, but this is different, and the Pathfinder system doles out a lot more hitpoints, so I think it should be different. So I left it alone.
Weird, though. Gonna have to raise that Con!
Dear Dungeon Master,
I am the last survivor of the Blood of Dragons campaign. We waited for you for many days, but our supplies began to dwindle and we left you this letter in the event you returned to us.
You'll have no trouble staying in the caverns here to catchyour rest. We eliminated the goblins and worked our way up to their giant masters. Though the adventures did not end there, we struck a solid enough blow to our enemies' plans that they began to break up, pointing our party in one anothers' directions as if we would hunt down their former allies while they get away.
FOr the future of your game world, you should know that hill giants are all but extinct. I drove their last remaining tribe into the earth at about 18th level, and have since begun to hunt the rare and dangerous fomorians of the Hunched Peaks. After that, I am considering changing the entry in the MM for storm giants to "Always Good" alignment, by eradicating any exceptions.

Kimeon Rake
After the hill giants were removed from their seat of power, Amelia plundered their libraries and all information they possessed. She returned to the church afterward.
She accompanied Kimeon during his travels up to the point of the giants expulsion from the surface. They then parted ways amicably.
Amelia began a push in the church of Irori to seek out former "inhospitable" places in the world and even other planes. Amelia accompanied her fellow churchmembers on these expeditions whenever she was able.
Jack disappeared shortly after he discovered the hill giants' mug of endless ale and whores. Unfortunately they were giant whores, and Jack suffered a fatal pelvic crushing when one of his paramours wanted to be on top... However, he has now sired a lineage of half-giants that will live on in his debauched memory.

For his part, Gronck proved an enormous asset in the sacking of the goblins and their hill giant masters. He enjoyed the experience so much that instead of returning to his tribal home when he and his friends left the mountain, Gronck continued to travel with Kimeon and Amelia for many years. Unfortunately, Gronck's luck ran out shortly after they entered the Hunched Peaks when he was hurled over the side of a chasm by a fomorian and perished.
