Your avatar is a cartoon pic used to show author's comment sidebars in Paizo adventures. In particular, it comes from the Flight of the Red Raven adventure, representing the infamous Raven himself.

The other image is from the Adabar article (page 71) of Seven Days to the Grave, part two of the Curse of the Crimson Throne.
