Missing Feat

Playtest Reports

The Careful Targeting feat is mentioned under the Ranger class and again under the NPC suggested feats, but the feat is not listed in the feat section anywhere.

As well as the 'deft shield' feat given to rangers as one of the 2 weapon combat feat options.

Scarab Sages

I noticed these as well, you ninja'd my post!

I believe these are just relics from the Alpha rules.

While I'm on the subject of feats, the summary of Wind Stance in the Feat table could be improved to state "20% miss chance against ranged attacks" - as it is, the short version makes the feat appear much better than it is.

Which brings into question Lightning Stance. Does that only apply to ranged attacks as well?

Very good point. That is a pretty big leap, from 20% versus ranged to 50% on everything.

It's not really that big of a leap when you consider that you get that 50% ONLY if you do a double move or a withdraw action for that round. As opposed to just moving more than 5 feet for the 20% vs ranged.
