How would you build something not human?
Besides Kruelaid's suggestions, there is always the Machines and Mutants book from Gamma World.

removing backround:
lasso the car edge (don't need to do this if the backround is all white and the car isn't). lasso shoul have several modes, if it has straight edges use the polygonal mode - if elements has it.
Invert you lasso selection so that the OUTSide of the lasso is selected...invert s in one of the drop downs on the menu bar.
magic eraser out the background.
No you have a shape with no background.
I deleted my .psd files after importing to Illustrator. I'll save them in the future so you can use them, too.

Had a stroke of genius last night. I wanted art for maps ... and I have an immense collection of Dungeon/dragons in my basement! Started off scanning the old token sheets they gave out in the 2001/02 years, already scaled for size ... found all kinds of great stuff. If you are interested I'll give you some.
EDIT: Posting will be spotty next few. Big holiday weekend. I will try to do quick updates.

I have some scans, too, but usually I just lift some pix off the net for counters.
Nevertheless, that is an excellent idea.

Seeker, there are a whole bunch of non-humans here: Moreaus.
And it generates PCs....
Nice.
Man thats a sweet program.
What do you think about the pre-gen digital packages of tokens you can buy Kruelaid? They seem pretty cheep. I'm tempted to plunk down $10 and try a few out.

Nice thanks.I really need to get my book back off a friend. Any one recall what none stat stuff if any the moreaus got?
got this linky for rules:
D20MSRDPatrick Curtin |
Thanks patrick this I have was looking for stuff on the moreau. I do not have my book and there not in the SRD that I know of anyhow
Sorry man, I thought the info would be in there. Anyway D20 Modern has this to say about Moreau characters on Pg. 247:
Most humans view moreaus with fear. They face prejudice whrever they go (this will be modified in a D20 Apocalypse setting though)
The initial attitude of animals towards moreaus is never better than unfriendly. Moreaus take a -4 cha penalty when attempting to modify an animal's attitude.
Skills
Moreaus get 4 fewer Skill points than humans at 1st level, and 1 fewer per level thereafter. A moreau gets only 1 bonus feat at 1st level, rather than the 2 a human gets.
A canine moreau (which is what I believe you are thinking of right?) gets these extras:
Scent: Canine moreaus can detect approaching enemies by scent and also track them. This is detailed under special qualities.
Ability mods:
Covert(slighly modded, able to pass as human): +2con, -2 int
Moderate(able to pass as human with dim light and heavy clothes): +2 con, +2 wis, -2 int, -2 cha
Overt(clearly non-human and doglike in body appearance): +4 con, -4 int, +2 wis, -2 cha

That is indeed what i was thinking. Any thoughts on the cost of low light. I have the d20 modern book but let someone borrow it since I never used it .
There is a mutation for Darkvision ... 3 Mutation Points(I give you 10 to start.)
Patrick Curtin |
Haven't seen a low light mutation, probably go for 2 MP cost. As I stated to Kruelaid earlier, if you want to play a mutant, you get 10 free Mutation points, plus the option of taking up to 3 disadvantages to gain extra points. The mutations are on the MSRD site.

RPGNOW.com has a whole ton of different tile bundles you can download sample I was just wondering if it's worth it or if I should just work on it myself.

In the SRD it states that synthetics cannot use cybernetics... I am confused lol. Also since we are not using the standard wealth system how am I able to purches my "upgrades" from the SRD?
I will let you use cybernetics Larcifer. The rules are just a framework after all. As for upgrades, as long as you are reasonable it shouldn't be an issue. Get what you need.

If my homies are a robot and a talking dog I might just go for PSH.
If your homie was a robot talking dog you could go Tom Baker :P

Stupid question, I am having a hard time creating a second avatar...anyone can help me on this...I have my one avatar on this board, but I cannot seem to create another...
Go to my account at the top of the screen by sign out. On that screen scroll down and your screen alaises should be listed. There should be a create alias function at the end.

Hi folks. I've been reluctant to join in as Patrick is already GMing for Kruelaid,Seeker, and me, and I didn't want him to have the same players in both games. But I've got a character concept burning a hole in my head. I'd like to play but will understand if any are reluctant to add a fourth now.
Character is a full on mutant (based on a monster race) with a backwoods background who has been turned into a refugee by the Wreckers army. Since you have an android, a mutant animal, and K. may be going pure strain human, the mutant human spot looks open. If you don't need a fourth, I hope you won't mind if I post the character details later. Actually writing out a character concept is usually the only way to get it out of my head.
