Yea, I would like that. Sift through and send me what you can, either here or email....whatever works best for you. I'll look at anything you send, if you have some specific ideas about how to incorporate the individuals or teams into the Legion saga send me a note on that as well. Not that I can't do it myself, it just nice to have more than one brain working.
I'll be taking some of the more well known villains from the Legion and using them when I get started playing. I'm hoping to build up a good sized collection. Once I'm in full swing I can take the time to put together more obscure villains found once in a great while in the comics. Your samplings will help me get the ball rolling quite a bit faster.

Qualified....I guess I would not be the best choice for a pilot. Honestly, our best pilot is believe it or not...Bouncing Boy. On the other hand, in phantom form I am pretty much undetectable and I am a member of the Legion's Espionage Squad. So if you need me, I'm in.

I will point out that I am the 5th member, so I am considerably more experienced than most members of the Legion.
Yikes. I've got TONS of characters I made for MSH a few years back..I think I'd actually have to go to my mom's house to find 'em, provided she didn't throw them out. No luck finding that LOSH with D&D on the cover btw...still looking.

Freehold, if your talking about the issue discussed earlier about the Legion members sitting around somekind of round computer with a holograph image showing the D&D characters, it wasn't on the cover it was a panel on the inside somewheres. This is assuming we are talking about the same thing. The issue would have been around 1982-84 in the year, original series. Heres a link which shows some comic scenes of some of the Legionnaires playing D&D. Regretfully, it didn't mention a issue number. I noticed that Star Boy has his beard so that narrows down the search.
If you feel energetic and post some villains for me I promise to use at least one to attempt to take over the universe when I finally have enough material to start playing.
Started working on powers now. Only plan on doing the ones that are required for the Legionnaires and villains to be used right away (for the most part). I wonder how many times I'll have to change things until I have it right.

I believe that scene happened after Vi's kidnapping and return, as her hair was cut short and she was flirting with Sun Boy (having dumped her ex-boyfriend for not noticing that she'd been kidnapped and replaced with a shapeshifting actress...).

So did anyone recall these panels of the Legionnaires playing D&D. I know years ago I had the comic. Surely someone must recognize it. We have several clues as to the approximate year the comic was written.

I've seen Brainiac 5 take this approach, he slides up to you all warm and fuzzy, tries to sweet talk you into the biggest, hush, hush, thing, then WHAM, it's either a set up against you or he's trying to sneak his way into ousting the current Legion Leader because he wants to position. Kinda takes the divide and conquer approach. So if that makes me questionable....well I guess it does.
Or were you questioning the fact that I asked if you were taking the same risk....again, Brainiac 5 didn't take the risk, other than in reputation. Not all Legionnaires are created equal I'm afraid.
Perhaps it is you who is lacking faith....drag our butts how many millions of miles away only then to reveal 1/3 of some crazy plan that could potentially start an intergalactic war (or insert your own overly dramatic conclusion of what could result). Trust is part of being a Legionnaire, so why are you not being open and forthwrite? Clearly there is something your not telling me.

That was one of the first things you noticed about the Legion back in the 60's, they paired as many people up as they could. It was by far the most romantic Super-hero, science fiction comic around, still is.
Last year, Triplicate Girl went on 3 separate dates all at the same time. Each guy thought they were the only one. Eventually, she gets one of them back to her dorm room and they are kissing...and he says "So use your power", her response "What makes you think I'm not" at that moment, the other two triplicate girls show up with their dates, and all three guys ran for the hills. True story!
