I'm not in the initiative list

Fael moves deeper into the room, looking for a target. She leaves the three obvious targets to the giant-sized elf. She looks at the bodies, stepping over them as necessary, but she doesn't really see them right now. That will wait until things are secure.

I move into the room, heading south. I think I can get to the southern corner of the second table. (Your map doesn't have any way to set co-ordinates, but if it did I'd be at R15, where letters run across the top, and numbers run down the side.) I ready an attack, in case a goblin moves into my threatened area.

Liberty's Edge

Revised init order! Sorry for missing you Fael!

Goblin 3=Dead
Goblin Warchanter
Vraelyn
Blackleaf
goblin 4
Goblin 7=Dead
Fael
Goblin 5
Etienne
Goblin 1
Talacyst
Talam
Goblin 6=Dead
Coppertop

Male Elf (Crying Leaf) Transmuter 1

I'm going to be scarce for a while (see ooc thread), so I'll try to include my typical battle plan.

Keeping out of melee at all costs, Talacyst will first try to Enlarge another fighting type (Etienne or Coppertop) if the opportunity arrives. Until then, he'll try to pop off a Color Spray, toss an Alchemist's Fire, and then use the ol' longbow. Feel free to make rolls as necessary.

Female Elf Druid 2

Vraelyn cringes at the sight before her, more than a little used to hunting she's usually at ease with violence but the scene before her unsettles her. A haunted look passes over the elf's face and her first shot flies wide of a goblin.

Attack roll (1d20+1=5)

Male Halfling Rogue/3

"This is bad", Talam thinks to himself. "We atleast need to question one of them", Talam turns to the next goblin and swings his sickles low for his legs, hoping to trip the cowardly thing.

Spoiler:
For the trip 1d20+2=21, AC 19 for the attack of oppurtunity, and if it's successful Talam levels his second sickle at the goblin motioning the goblin to stay down

Seeing his goblin foe fall before his righteous fury, Etienne proceeds to systematically excise the goblin menace. He looks for the nearest goblin and challenges it by shouting, "Ho! Miscreant! Turn to face the Lady's Justice!" Etienne then lunges forward with a backhanded slash.

Attack; Damage (1d20+4=21, 1d8+2=4)

Male Human Cleric 1

Coppertop charges the remaining goblin (G5) . “Sandpoint!” he yells as he stabs at the filthy beast.

Attack Roll: (1d20 3=23)
Attack Roll (Confirm Critical): (1d20 2=20)
Damage Roll: (1d8 3=8)

If that is indeed a critical hit, is that 5x3+3=18 or 8x3=24?
PS Woot!

EDIT: I think that was for the surprise round. Assuming that Coppertop kills the goblin, next round he will move into the room seeking targets…and Ameiko.

Liberty's Edge

Final moments in the surprise round.

Vrarlyn fires off her bow shot at the ugly goblin but misses the mark as it wizzes by it and into the wall. Coppertop yells “Sandpoint!” as he launches himself into battle and attacks the nasty beast that is closes to him(g5). The beast has no chance against the determined holy man as the goblin is hit in the chest by Coppertop's spear killing it instantly.

And so ends the surprise round. First round will start later today. If you have not made your attack rolls or stated your actions for this round please do so now.

Male Human Cleric 1

It looks like the first opponent Coppertop will see is the war chanter.

Attack: (1d20 3=14)
Damage: (1d8 3=9)

Human Human Favored Soul 1

Liberty's Edge

Begining of round 1

The Warchanting goblin shouts and sings with glee sending a wave of arcane energy at Etienne.

Etienne make a will save roll please! I will continue with the combat round after Blackleaf and Vraelyn post their actions.

Will (1d20+2=16)

"Iomedae, protect your servant!"

Female Elf Druid 2

Worried by the goblin's song Vraelyn steadies her bow and takes a few deep breaths before unleashing another arrow from her shortbow.

Attack roll (1d20+1=17)
Damage (1d6=5)

Male Elf Ranger { Skirmisher} 1

Blackleafs surprise and 1st round movement are on the last page. surprise posted the 29th round 1 action posted on the 30th

Combat Round 1

After the Warchanter makes her arcane attack, an arrow pierces the Warchanter from Vraelyn's bow making the goblin scream in rage taking a step back(5 hp dam) but not killing it. On the other side of the room your hear another war cry as Blackleaf totally destroys another goblin(2). The goblin(4) yells in anger at seeing his Warchanter attacked, he moves up and throws the large piece of glass he was holding and throws it in the direction of Vraelyn but does not even come close to her. Fael in her current position keeps an eye on the battle but things seem to be well in hand but something in the back of her head says their is still something wrong (Make a listen check for me) After shaking off the arcane blast from the Warchanter, Etienne attacks and lays low the goblin who threw the glass killing it. One of the last goblin's(1) standing makes a futile attack on Blackleaf being half scared of the angry elf but wanting the thing gone. Talacyst sees no targets so he holds his action. Talam's seeing no goblin's left to trip moves behind Etienne and trys to trip the Warchanter and is successful. The Warchanter is on her back with fear in her face and an very large arrow sticking out of her. Coppertop sees no foes to attack holds his action (you would have missed anyway).

Anyone who moved up to the Warchanter position can know see enough to make out the rest of your party. This concludes the combat in round 1, the only goblins left alive are #1 and the Warchanter.

Male Halfling Rogue/3

Talam looks down at the Warchanter and in goblin asks, "I don't wish to hurt you, so don't move. Now, tell me why you're here, and are there any others from your tribe here?"

"Etienne do you have any rope", Talam asks "I think it would be wise to secure her berfore she makes any more trouble".

Spoiler:
If she tries to move or cast a spell I'll attack for nonletal damage. 1d20-4=10 and 1d20-4=15; 1d4+1+1d6[SA]=6 and 1d4+1+1d6[sa]=7 nonlethal.

Male Human Cleric 1

Coppertop notices how deftly Talam tripped the goblin. He smiles in appreciation of the halflings obvious skill. He makes a quick survey of his comrades making mental notes of any who appear to be wounded. He will move to threaten either goblin if needed.

"Hold, miscreant, you may yet live! Tell your companion to surrender! You understand?!"

At the slightest hint of spellcasting or aggressive action from the warchanter and Etienne attacks.

Male Elf Ranger { Skirmisher} 1

Blackleaf full of rage barrels into the goblin that attacked him then he scans the room for a door

gonna kill this beasty 15+9=24 and the damage 1+4+2+9=16 and spot 18+3

Male Elf (Crying Leaf) Transmuter 1

Hey, all! Tests are going pretty well, and I finish up on Wednesday, so I'm giving myself a break and making a quick post.

Talacyst gives a smile of relief as he sees the rest of his companions emerging through the smoke. Hoping to keep useful, he draws and readies his longbow, scanning the room for a target.

I'm not entirely sure how many gobs are left, but if there's another aside from the Warchanter still up and out of melee by the time it's my init I'll take a shot: Longbow (1d20 3, 1d6=[11, 3], [4])

** spoiler omitted **

The Warchanter is on her back on the floor not moving, just looking up at Talam not saying anything. She watches as the big elf tears apart her last warrior in the room and shakes her head then looks up at Talam and just stares at him...

After tearing apart the goblin in your rage you try to look around but only see smoke from the furnaces used to make the glass. Its also hard to focus on any one thing due to your rage.....

Liberty's Edge

The room is not as smoky as it was with both doors open helping the air circulate in the room better. You see chaos all around you, dead goblins, human body parts, burnt flesh piles, broken glass every where you look and your friends all breathing heavy from the fight. Everything is quiet now except for the roar of the furnace. The Warchanter has closed her eyes laying there it what seems to be waiting to die.....
What's everyone going to do?

Female Elf Druid 2

Walking calmly across the room Vraelyn reclaims her arrow from the still living warchanter, taking care in removing it, not for the sake of the goblin but for the sake of her arrow, they'd served her well through a few hunts.

Walking around the room the elven woman carefully observes the scattered bodies and glass as she cleans the head of her arrow, keeping an eye out for any sort of clues as to what had occured here.

Male Human Cleric 1

Coppertop looks around with a confused and somewhat apprehensive look on his face. Turning to Etienne Nevar he says, “Brother-Initiate, why are there goblins still in Sand Point? How did they get here? I don’t understand what is going on. Ameiko; where is Ameiko?” He begins a careful search of the room paying special attention to any bodies or parts there of.

"Perhaps whoever let them in the first time, let them in again."

Is the warchanter still alive or just waiting to die? Etienne will not condone the slaying of helpless creature even though they are goblins. They must be given the opportunity to redeem themselves.

Male Elf Ranger { Skirmisher} 1

Unable to see a way out in his rage induced haze blackleaf spots the goblin on the floor unable to contain his rage that such a creature yet lives he lets lose a yeah as he speeds toward it and brings down his axe with all his might

attack 8+9=17 and damage 6+4+4+9=23

somehow you and coppertop beat my post...not sure how board chaos it seems

"Blackleaf! No!" Etienne moves to block him from cleaving the prone goblin.

Male Halfling Rogue/3

"Rovagugs-teeth", Talam leaps in hoping to push the Warchanter to safety, or at least shield her from the hulking Blackleaf.

Spoiler:
If I'm able to, would it be possible to either push or pull the Warchanter out of the way(like using a tumble check or something)? If not, could I try to shield her or take the blow myself? Not sure what kind of check to make either way.

After walking around the room you nothing that looks to be from Ameiko or is Ameiko from what you can tell!

You see nothing out of the ordinary until you search by the door. It seems to be some kind of cloth material, used by ladies, but you are not sure. Its laying on the floor next to the door and is covered with dust and dirt.

Completely ignoring the antics with the warchanter Vraelyn focuses on her exploration of the room. A curious expression on her face she kneels beside the dirtied piece of material and carefully picks it up.

It seems to be red in color, its natural color and diffinatly a ladies tissue. It appears to you that it is out of place in this room. You are at the south door.

You move into a storage area and can see where Blackleaf has been. The door to the outside world is laying on the floor. There are three other doors in this room that are closed.

Listen (1d20+6=22)

You hear nothing coming from behind each door. The only thing you can hear is people outside talking and your friends back in the room where the battle took place.

Female Elf Druid 2

Used to working alone Vraelyn moves to open one of the doors before the realisation that the others might worry if she wanders off catches up with her. Moving swiftly back towards the others she leans casually in the doorway and observes them closely.

"Are you done yet?" She questions "You'll be getting no information from it, and if you leave it alone chances are it will regroup some sort of force. Goblins do not reform, they might get a little less evil but never get any less crazy." Shrugging a shoulder she turns and makes her way back towards the closed doors, pausing only to briefly comment over her shoulder. "I'm going to try to find Tsuto and Ameiko"

"She's right, you know," Fael comments as she moves to join Vraelyn, "Goblins are what they are. I'm going to look for Ameiko. She's nice."

Liberty's Edge

Etienne tries to jump in front of Blackleaf's attack but is not fast enough, Talam however is able to pull the Warchanter out of the way in the nick of time making Blackleaf miss, his axe hitting the gound where the Warchanter used to be.

The rage should be wearing off now I would think! Fael and Vraelyn are in the storage room and the rest of the group is in the Glassworking room!

Female Elf Druid 2

Smiling in approval at Fael the elven hunter picks the closest closed door and slowly and carefully opens it, curiously peering into the room beyond.

Male Elf Ranger { Skirmisher} 1

As his rage fades and fatigue sets in blackleaf looks at Etienne and talame in disgust.

" You are fools" he says in accented common breathing heavy from his rage." A spider does not change, it is always a spider...the death it will spread and the blood it spills will be on your foolish heads"

He shakes his head as he follow the others

"Medor mys mondraer Cestal!" He says as he walks way swining his ax to clear the dripping blood.

Spoiler:
Stupid short sighted Humans!

Male Halfling Rogue/3

Talam trys to catch his breathe. "No one changes", Talam thinks to himself. "I guess that means that no matter what I do I'm still a no good slave."

After catching his breathe Talam looks to the Warchanter then to Etienne, "Thank you, if you hadn't helped I'm sure she would be dead now. I'm sure deep down you have her thanks aswell".

Turning back to the Warchanter, "Thought I'm sure we could get the information we seek from her, but with our current company I fear she may be in danger. Though it may be a bad move I would rather free her then let harm come to her by one her captors. If we are to hold her for interogation would either you or Coppertop lend me some rope to bind her" He tilts his head toward Etienne.

Hearing the barbarian's harsh words, Talacyst looks disapprovingly at Blackleaf. Anyone can make mistakes... he thinks, and anyone can improve. He keeps his thoughts to himself for the time being, however, and moves to stand next to Etienne, who seems to be in need of some support. "What should we do with this one? I have some rope - we could tie her up..."

Etienne nods his thanks to Talam. "Let's look for suitable material here with which to bind the goblin. But we must hurry. I fear that the goblins presence here is but the tip of the evil running about in this place."
