Hey I am back and I will post some information on the encounter later to night. It seems that Utak is leaving so I will have to figure something out for Scardd.

DM Dreamweaver |

OK sorry about starting the excitement and then taking off but all is good now
The street is forty feet wide heading south into Demons Gate. Tuon is thirty feet further south then the rest of you and the thief is thirty feet further past Tuon. There are several people walking the streets making any charge impossible.
Speeds
X2 your speed; no penalty
X3 your speed; reflex check or strength check DC 10 to dodge or just knock down bystanders
X4 your speed; same as above but DC 20
Same applies to your horse Galen.
There are no alleys along the road for the 100' you can see ahead of you.
If there are no questions Bri is up.

\-*^/ |

Reflex Save (Roll 13+3=16) Moving at 3x speed (90 ft)
Turning to Bri, Scardd roars, “Follow me leetle one,” then the Half-Orc takes off with a burst of speed towards the man, passing Tuon in the process. Weaving through the masses of city traffic, Scardd drops his spear as he closes in on the thief. When within range, he launches himself at his target. The crazed Half-Orc mistimed his jump; though, and crashes to the ground in the midst of city folk. Coughing up dirt from the impact, he slams the ground with his fist, and yells, “Dammiiiiit!”
Initial Melee Attack (Roll 2+3=5) Was planning on starting a grapple. Scardd now looks crazed and foolish. ;)

DM Dreamweaver |

Pedestrians scream and scatter as the crazed half-orc flies through the air and crashes to the ground cursing. The thief eyes widen as he looks back and pushes harder through the crowd.
I forgot to mention that if you fail your reflex or strength check while running you must make a balance of check DC 10 for X3 and 15 X4 to remain standing. Galen your horse will just cause 1d4 damage to who ever it hits if you fail your checks. I will also let you do a ride check to dodge the pedestrians so your first ride check will get you through the crowd for the first round.
Creed is up

Creed of Kord |

Blind with outrage and indignant that he was victimized by a thief, Creed becomes a charging bull...right into the nearest passerby.
Creed makes to run after the thief at 4x his normal speed and failes his Strength check. (1d20+4=7)

Fair Tuon Clawed |

While Creed fumbles around, Fair Tuon tries again to spot the small thief.
Spot check roll 5 + 2=7
He concentrates on the task in hand and slowly draws in a breath of inner calm. Then looks where Scarrd pointed to find the thief.
Spot roll 11+2=13
But the small rogue is elusive.

Galen |

Galen's Ride check should be good enough to get him to the thief with no more than a double move (120' for a light warhorse). Upon reaching the thief, he attacks. 18-4 (non-lethal damage with the sword) +1 (higher ground) +4=19. If this hits, roll 5+3=8 points of nonlethal damage

Roderick Hafspann |

Moving at 4x speed (120 ft), Reflex Save (Roll 15+5=20) Roderick will close to within 15ft or however close he can get.
Roderick growls at the thought of being duped by a thief. He takes off at a sprint, weaving through the crowd and leaping over Scardd. While moving, he takes out his bow and notches an arrow. Catching up to the thief and finding a line of sight, he pulls back the string and shouts, “Stop thief, or you die!”
Intimidate Check (Roll 1-1=0) MF!!!!!!!!! LOL

Creed of Kord |

Creed make a balance check DC 15 to stay up right and you only made it 30', your normal speed.
Creed's balance check to stay up (1d20=18).
Creed stumbles but does not fall.

Bri Leagallow |

"Yea thats the way to get things done, Galen Bri jumps up and down and Runs to catch up to Scarred even though after his last stunt she may be better off on her own. (hee hee) reflex: 17+7=24 means I just caught up with everyone, my little legs can really move when they want too!

Sorry busy week at work.
Galens blade hits the man in the back but most of the impact is absorbed by something hidden under his tunic . Ignoring Galens threats he bursts through the shop door and disappears from view.

Kobold Catgirl |

intitiative 12
assuming i'm going next...
The brown-haired halfling watches as the black-haired man stumbles into the shop.
Obviously the knight was an expert fighter. The tattooed man, on the other hand, was obvioudly no warrior. They would need his help.
Ahhh... he thinks. The things I do for the sake of common decency...
Turning to the strange white cat nearby, he murmurs,
"Not to worry, friend. This fight will be easy."
He runs to the thief and shouts to the heavens,
'Tail of mouse, leg of louse
Reduce the might, make him light
Stop him from escaping, shrink this being,
My spell is cast, end his fleeing!'
He waves his hand over the thief, and a jet of green flies down at the man...
Reduce Person
Concentration (if applicable):6
Save DC: 14

Skiddifig Hahdrik |

Galen executes a fast dismount 12+10-1(Armor Check Penalty)=21 and runs into the store after the thief. He takes a swing at the thief, yelling "I warned you!"
Attack 5+4=9
And proceeds to swing right over the head of the now shorter thief.
Yeah, I was afraid this would happen. Heh heh...I've just gone up to Galen Enemy #1, haven't I? Whoops.

Creed of Kord |

I will be out of town for the next week and will have limited access to a computer. If someone wants to ghost-write Creed in order to keep things moving, I'd be okay with that.
I imagine that this encounter will be over by the time Creed catches up, but he'll try to grapple the thief if and when appropriate:
Creed's touch attack and grapple check. (1d20+4=22, 1d20+4=12)
If armed, Creed trys to disarm the thief...
Creed's disarm [-4 unarmed, +4 size difference] = (1d20+4=23)
...otherwise he continues to pin the thief.

As Galen and Tuon enter the shop this is what they see.
The stop is filled with the basic needs of a learning wizard, robes and spell component pouches hang from the walls, a large raised counter in the center of the shop is covered in glass jars holding dead spiders, wax, and other common spell components, and in the far back a old gray haired elf carefully writing out a scroll.
The thief, now a mere three feet tall is standing in a puddle of black liquid, glass and dead spiders glaring at another halfling standing behind the center counter filled with jars.
The elderly elf women looks up with an angered look, "GET OUT!!! You are destroying my merchandise." As the knight bursts in and swings at the thief she shrieks and backs form the counter and huddles under a window. The thief grins as the knight swings where his head use to be. His eyes suddenly loose focus and a red blade of energy manifests in his hand. Leaping forward he stabs towards Galens armpit but not used to his size difference and the slippery floor his blade flies wide.
I am going to use Utaks method here with excel(Thanks for the idea)
Here is the situation the rooms is 30 feet by sixty feet.
I will be using B2 - G2 by rows 2 - 13.
the Elf is in B2 and the counter infront of her covers B3 and C3.
The center counter takes up D and E 6-10.
The floor in B, C 8-9 has spilt spell components and anyone in this area must make a Balance check DC 10 to not fall.
The thief is in C9, Galen is in C10, Tuon is in B12.
The door is in the bottom edge of B13.
Creed, Bri, Rodderick, and Scardd are still outside in the street.
Bri is up

Skiddifig Hahdrik |

"Apologies, ma'am." The halfling turns to the knight. "Excuse me, good sir, I do not know your name, but this lady would rather we be more careful. As for you, thief, though I cannot tell whether you are a gnome or a fellow halfling, I think that telling someone that they will regret something is a statement I would leave to the doom sayers."
Speaking out of turn here, hope it's alright.

Skiddifig Hahdrik |

Skid grimaces. "Hardly fun, miss. Not unless you enjoy being forced to listen to a child who apparently wishes to be a doom sayer when he grows up. A small child, at that." He moves five feet away from the angry 'child'
He glances at a white cat with blue eyes, who seems nervous and is mewing, afraid for his friend.
"Not to worry, Hat. I'm right here, talking to these fine folks." He bends down and pets the cat.

Keepers Dale NPC Guy |

Creed steps into the shop, props his big hands on his hips, and scans the area. Preparing to tackle and pin the guy, he notices the thief straight ahead or at least a smaller guy identical to the thief. The runt is opposing Galen though, so this is good enough for Creed. Noticing the thief with some type of glowing magical weapon, the huge priest changes his tactics. “Hey, you there,” Creed booms and at the same time raises his arms and smashes his spiked gauntlets together to make an impression. Then he straightens his right arm and points at the shrunken rogue, “Give me back my money and maybe Kord will let you leave with just a minor whooping. Be real. You’re surrounded. You’re trapped. I’m here. You have my money. And, did I mention, I’m angry!”
Intimidate Check (Roll 5+2=7)
Did I mention that I hate my dice. :)
