![]() Just had a post ready to go for Galen. This was assuming that Bri was not an obstacle because Tuon has her now. For anybody interested: Spoiler: Once Tuon has Bri out of the doorway, Galen enters the street and makes eye contact with Filaren. With a whistle and a quick hand signal, Galen attempts to gain the attention of the horse. Then the Knight moves into the middle of the street, stands tall, and speaks in a commanding voice, “Stop thief. Face me one on one. If you best me, the coin pouch is yours, and we will pursue you no longer. Scardd, leave him to me.”
Galen issues Fighting Challenge. If the thief continues to run, Galen issues the command for Filaren to attack. Not sure if Filaren is trained to Attack. Handle Animal Check (Roll 5+8=13). If Filaren is trained to attack then the DC is 10, if not the DC is 20. Filaren’s Initiative Roll (19+1=20) Filaren’s Attack w/ hoof (Roll 17+4=21), Damage (3+3=6) ![]()
![]() Creed steps into the shop, props his big hands on his hips, and scans the area. Preparing to tackle and pin the guy, he notices the thief straight ahead or at least a smaller guy identical to the thief. The runt is opposing Galen though, so this is good enough for Creed. Noticing the thief with some type of glowing magical weapon, the huge priest changes his tactics. “Hey, you there,” Creed booms and at the same time raises his arms and smashes his spiked gauntlets together to make an impression. Then he straightens his right arm and points at the shrunken rogue, “Give me back my money and maybe Kord will let you leave with just a minor whooping. Be real. You’re surrounded. You’re trapped. I’m here. You have my money. And, did I mention, I’m angry!” Intimidate Check (Roll 5+2=7) Did I mention that I hate my dice. :) ![]()
![]() Roderick looking around, then looking at Tuon, "Brother, I'm going for the leaders. Take out this fodder surrounding you, then let's focus on those dog-stinks. Kill the leaders and we should create chaos throughout their ranks." As he is screaming this, the Ranger is moving into a strategic position for distance and Line-of-Sight to fire at one of the Gnolls. Probably the one barking the most orders. Longbow Attack (Roll 16+4=20), Damage (Roll 5+0=5) ![]()
![]() Roderick, with bow still in hand, knocks another arrow and searches for a good target. Speaking quietly to himself, "OK vermin, If we are going down, then so are you." At this he launches the arrow at a suitable target. Ideally Roderick is aiming for a goblin not involved in melee that he has a clear shot at. Longbow Attack (Roll 10+4=14) Damage, if App. (Roll 6+0=6) ![]()

![]() I have a hard time wanting to invest in a new faction when it seems painfully obvious that it will only last a couple years before the plot moves on and they disband. I'm still sore over the loss of Shadow Lodge and Lantern Lodge as I had several characters tied into those factions. Then we lose the sczarni, and now the scarab sages. I think I even have a character with as many as 3 faction changes at this point. Why care about this faction when it seems tied only to a seasonal plot drive? ![]()
![]() That fool Guaril's "trap" may have served in my own demise, but it is no matter. I had been weighing my commitment to my adoptive nation of Osirion over this past year, and (after finally seeing a new direction for the faction that suits my own purposes) I made arrangements for a contingency should I see death's door. And so I am reborn! Behold Skelter Moon Asahara, THE RISEN! Pharasma be damned! Glory to the Pallid Princess! Join the cult of Urgathoa today and see what your hunger can do for you! ![]()

![]() Of all the ACG classes, this was and still is the only one i feel is truly unique and not something that could simply be achieved through an archetype. Will probably be my first class to play after the release. |
