I posted before asking about a paladin build I was making. Due to RL stuff the GM for that campaign has to take a break and one of our players is going to start a game based roughly on Dragon-Lance.
Our only requirements for the characters in the campaign is that you must be an arcane spell casting class at level 1 and focus on that class (or an arcane prestige).
Meaning 1Wiz/19Fighter isn't allowed.
The theme is that of teamwork, alignments don't matter, races don't matter, classes don't matter. The back-story is that we all went to essentially Hogwarts together and graduated at the same time and we're all good friends or otherwise required to work together.
I'm playing a Draconic bloodline Sorc but wanting to take the dragon theme further I asked my GM and he allowed me to add the Half-Dragon template. My question is will I be too powerful?
We already have a Noble Drow Wizard and everyone is well aware that all Paizo content is open and available. Any character is allowed as long as the party works.

My information may be entirely out of date, but I was under the impression (via the tragic tale of Huma) that dragons and humans on Krynn are not interfertile. Still, your house; your rules. ;)
(Why not a draconian?)
Its not set in Krynn its in Galorion so its not entirely out of the question.

I would still allow the draconian. Thats huge and in dragonlance, the bozak draconians were very competent spellcasters. And draconians came from perverted dragon eggs via a ritual, not live birth but of course you could make it so that they can do live birth.
I think having draconians as a race would bring a lot of flavor. Just give like innate CR + 5 SR for racial.
