I was working through my copy of the Rise to the Runelords Player's Guide PDF when I noticed something.
Erastil: God of farming, hunting, trade, family, lists Animal, Community, Good, Law, Plant as the domains available to clerics. However Community is not a domain available as part of the SRD (I believe it first appeared as part of the Forgotten Realms campaign). But I did notice that the Community domain was dropped from the Pathfinder Blog teaser.
Looking through the rest of the deities there are alot of non-SRD domains listed such as Glory, Liberation, Rune, Madness, and Artifice.
Other than this minor oversite, The Player's Guide is an awesome launchpoint for the Pathfinder Campaign! Cant wait to see more!

They are in the SRD, they are just in a different place, under "Divine Domains and Spells" in the regular SRD, or under "Additional Domains, Spells, and Divine Minions" in the hypertext SRD.

It actually came up in a discussion (sorry, can't find the thread) of that Blog teaser that there were domains in the SRD that were not in the PHB. Erik hadn't realized this and I am guessing, as a result, included the additional domains where appropriate.

There's a couple of typo's too - Hide Shirt is described as light armour in the text, but the table says medium - and a couple of other minor problems in the same table.
But overall, I loved it - I even got over-enthused and decided to run it as a PbP.
Not too mention:
"Craved into countless monuments...." instead of "Carved into countless monuments...." in the second sentence about Sorcerers on page 9.

Slight Sidetrack: I was pretty impressed with the relative lack of errors in the Player's Guide considering everything was Paizo was trying to do. I do have a (slight) concern that we may see a higher rate of errors in Pathfinder#1 due to the workload when developing it. Even if that is the case, I think they'll rebound by Pathfinder#3, but I hope people will give them a chance.

Yeah, at first I thought the domains were in error too but I did a bit more digging cause I was surprized Paizo would make that kind of mistake. They added a number of domains not in the PHB to the SRD from other sources.
My one question, and it looks like someone pointed it out, is the lable of Medium Armor an error for the hide Shirt? everything about it screams Light Armor (even the moment rate suggests it) its a organic version of Chain Shirt... but it says its medium in the table?

It's light.

Yeah... the table has an unfortunate typo. Hide shirts are light armor; they're there to give barbarians some barbarian-looking armor that doesn't impede their speed.
And as is mentioned above, the not-in-the-PHB domains are indeed in the SRD. Which made me happy, since the PHB domains are, in a lot of cases, way too restrictive for certain deities. Like a deity of love, art, and beauty, for example...

Their is an Unofficial Errata for Rise of the Runelords and the players guide. It can be found HERE and covers everything mentioned and more.
For the other chapters and additional stuff see this site HERE.
Also don't forget to check out the Paizo Rise of the Runelords Forums which has lots of fan created bonus material for the game.

Nick Venn wrote:But what does that actually do? Does it impart any bonusses or anything? It imparts the same bonus that a bedroll does.
There was a magical whetstone that when used gave a temporary bonus to hit. Can't remember which edition or even which system for that matter, but I remember there being one.

It allows simulationist players and GMs to be satisfied that their non-magical blades are not going to go dull, because they remembered to put that item in their inventory. :) (Really, that's all.)
I could see it be put to creative use, like a GM puts a sword in a treasure horde which is dull, but if someone has a whetstone they'll be able to make it usable.

The whetstone, along with a LOT of the gear listed in the equipment chapter, is more or less purely flavor and NOT game material. A GM can certainly say that a character who uses slashing weapons must have a whetstone or his weapons will go dull, or you can even say that using a whetstone grants a weapon a +1 bonus on damage for the next 5 hits or whatever... but the rules as written do not assume this at all. It's primarily in there for those who enjoy the added bit of realism in seeing prices for all manner of minor pieces of equipment.
