I picked up some War of the Dragon Queen minis yesterday, and I was struck by how some of them seemed to fit nicely into the AoW campaign:
A purple worm just ready for a fresh green paint job.
A dracolich that needs a slightly larger base.
A couple of war apes that would fit nicely into Smenk's house.
But there are even more that can fit into the game, but would need some adjustments for EL:
A sorcerer on Ilthane. (A Gathering of Winds)
A *Female* blackguard on a nightmare. (The Champion's Belt or Prince of Redhand)
A couple of small black dragons. (Encounter at Blackwall Keep)
One or two dragonwrought kobolds. (Encounter at Blackwall Keep)
So, here's The Challenge!
1. Take any D&D miniature that *almost* fits an encounter in the Age of Worms.
2. Create an alternate encounter to incorporate the miniature "as is." (Which means, for example, if the mini has a shield and short sword, the stat block for the encounter uses the shield and short sword instead of changing it for any other weapon. NOTE: you do NOT need to use the ability scores, character class or levels associated with the mini. It simply has to use/wear the items that the mini has.)
3. Create an EL that will be usable in the campaign. Deviation is okay, and may be more useful to the DM that has a higher- or lower-powered party than average. (A sorcerer on Ilthane would be a better challenge for a large party or a party of higher-level PCs.)
4. Provide the following information: the Age of Worms adventure/encounter that you will modify; where to place the encounter; the modified encounter's EL; the miniaure's name and expansion pack; a stat block for the miniature; tactics for the modified encounter.
I don't expect any quick entries (unless some DM already has done this for their campaign) but I hope to see some interesting ideas.
Thanks for looking!

I got this idea after I saw the "sorcerer on a black dragon" mini. I added an evil minion to the Ilthane encounter due to my party's size/level, and I thought that a sorcerer dragon rider would have been neat.
On an easier level, I was running an encounter in Spire of Long Shadows, and everyone kept calling the ghaele eladrin a "she" because of the mini. My first response was "it's actually a guy," but quickly decided it was easier to change the gender of the bad guy... er, gal... to fit the mini instead.
