I've looked over the guide for Warpriest and like the looks of sacred fist. I have a couple questions concerning a level 20 build
Race??
Class level distribution. I see that author of the guide seems to favor taking a level of Master of many styles. is it worth it to take another one in the course of 20 levels or should My build be
MOMS(1)/SF(19)
Then i must ask what feats should i take
My goal is to make a hand of god type character who seeks out the law breakers and punish them
and i plan to take divine fighting style Perfected Fist if that help
I want to be decent at dealing damage and be a good self buffing Gish

You only need one level of Master of Many Styles to be able to combo two styles. Losing a SF level isn't worth it, though, unless your build really needs to combo two styles at once, or if you want Dragon Style.
Ironically, Sacred Fist is typically a much stronger build with a weapon wielded in two hands; they can flurry all kinds of weapons with Crusader's Flurry, but even just a Monk sword is strong.
If you want a 'gish' type unarmed divine character, Warpriest with one level of Monk (ideally unchained monk) is likely better; or even Cleric/Monk, which has some very strong melee abilities. I would reserve Sacred Fist for pure SF builds with a strong weapon.

ok I like the idea of being a sacred fist who wields a Katana
My Question is what would be a good feat selectioncan i get some build tips?

Actually, Sacred Fist is strictly weaker than a standard warpriest. The sacred fist flurry of blows doesn't treat your bab as your level during a flurry. The style feats come online late, and the AC bonus isn't as useful as armor, or is wasted if you're dipping monk. You would be much stronger as a standard warpriest, or as a molthuni arsenal chaplain.

Sacred fist exploiting two-handed Power attack plus Flurry plus Favor is far, far more dangerous than it gets credit for. By level 9, they can wield a katana for something like 1d8+3 +7STR +4Favor +6PAk = ~24.5 damage, and they can make up to 5 strikes on a full attack (6 with Haste).
Defensively, good WIS and scaling free AC isn't bad; at 8, 16WIS +2item +2Monk is 6, which is a breastplate; or a +2 breastplate with Magic Vestment. Other defensive options are available as well.
Typically, I would build a Sacred Fist of Shizuru as something like:
Dual Talent Human: 16/18, 12, 14, 10, 14/16, 8
Trait: Fate's Favored
1. Katana proficiency
3. Weapon Focus
5. Crusader's Flurry
7. Power Attack
Glory and Repose both have quite potent abilities.
