New Rituals and Spells is now funded!

Contributor

New Stretch Goal just released: LINK

Insanity is not an affliction; it’s a way of life.

Once this goal is funded, we’ll add new expansive insanity rules to the book. These won’t just be a rehash of previous attempts and not simply a port of Call of Cthulhu rules into Pathfinder.

Game Masters will have new tools for corrupting the very reality of their campaigns. Players will have new options for creating characters that live with cosmic terrors, as opposed to just being consumed by them.

Breaking the veil of forbidden knowledge has benefits, as well as costs.

Saw this on the Paizo Facebook page!

Neat. Will you be at the show?

Just posted an interview with the lead on Gamerati.com.

We've got a group carpooling down from Tacoma, WA. If you're interested in joining us, there's a Meetup for it.

Zombie Orpheus brought us Dark Dungeons (based on the 80s anti-RPG comic) last year. Before that, it was JourneyQuest and The Gamers: Dorkness Rising and...

OK, they've made a bunch of stuff.

They're running a Kickstarter for a pilot season right now, which includes a new original series with the 2002 cast of The Gamers, and the cast of Demon Hunters (where this all kinda started back in 1999).

The other two shows are also cool:
* The Mirror Game is Scooby Doo meets Cthulhu
* BRASS is all steampunk airships

The nifty thing, though, is that they are treating this like the pilot season you see with 'shows on TV'. Basically, they're making the pilots and letting us (the viewers) determine which get fulls seasons.

They project is also four independent production companies, working together to support each other.

It's kinda cool, IMO, and I thought some of you might also like to check it out.

Talked with a programmer this week about bringing War Pig Radio back online... *fingers are crossed*

Contributor

I backed it. They look pretty cool.

Contributor

I'm a backer (and hoping you make it to that final stretch goal)!

Zombie Bit Me will be at the Meet & Eat.

ZBM was part of the Gamerati GottaCon Gaming Convention spotlight video.

I look forward to my Thursdays here every week. I basically plan my week around the fun I'll be having every Thursday night.

We're having a general RPG gathering tomorrow at 3 PM.

Feel free to drop by...

Contributor

Maybe we can get them to make Legacy of Fire Cocktails?

Contributor

I just created a Facebook event for the Meet & Eat.

Please feel free to keep talking about it here, or on Facebook. If there's enough chatter about it, there, I may be able to get AFK to make a special Pathfinder menu for us...

1 person marked this as a favorite.

AFK E&E has agreed to set aside enough room for 100 people. I just need to know if that's what the community wants, then I can set up the event on their Facebook page and tell them to block off the tables as a reservation.

Paul wrote saying a 5 PM start time would work. What do you all think?

And, most importantly, do you want AFK E&E as the location?

It's totally doable, and a great venue. I just need to know so I can secure the space for whomever is organizing...

Contributor

I'd love to do another one of these...

Thanks for trusting us with your baby, Paizo!

There's so much great Pathfinder art out there. It was both difficult and a pleasure to choose which ones to include.

Looking forward to reading what people think.

Such a nice head, Shadowborn.

I've added most of the photos we took at PaizoCon 2013 to the Gamerati Facebook Page. The album is at bit.ly/paizocon2013

I'm also starting to release some of the video to GameratiTV. So far, I've uploaded some of the videos from the Secrets of TSR panel. If you want to know when each new one goes up, you can either subscribe on YouTube, or check the PaizoCon 2013 playlist.

I love the detail on the dogslicer.

I now I should be sleeping, since there'll be much meeting (and meating) and eating, in like 14 hours. I just can't bring myself to hit the sack.

Two days in and already 58 confirmed attendees? Very cool.

Contributor

I first met Edwin, Joanna and Rob at GottaCon 2012. Awesome people.

Contributor

Very cool, Kevin.

I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts about the process of making d20Pro and Hero Lab files. Easy to do?

Contributor

Amazing how 7.5 years changes things.

Still, if there are any gamers in the area... get in touch.

Contributor

Because I know it's easier to have a click-ready-link: The Saga of Dragon Star & N.R.G. Core Rulebook RPG

One cool thing - one that may convince you to jump in right away... If they reach $65,000 by COB Friday, November 23rd, every $50 backer will get minis of the 9 iconic classes, designed by Wayne Reynolds.

If you're looking for generic info, here's the Game Day Tacoma page.

To register, you'd need to go to the Warhorn page.

Here's a PDF explaining the registration process.
