sooo...
the singles are available before the cases are (they are on pre-order)
and you plan to have the singles in for only about two weeks?
so by the time I get a case you are out of singles?
or have you thought it over and the singles will be in stock for longer than announced Friday, November 13, 2015?

Its a trap and I of course fell for it :) I got my shipping notice that my case and promo have shipped but there are certain items I wanted to have for bar. So I ordered them (if I don't get the other rares in my case...there will always be trading :) )
Pathfinder Battles—Rusty Dragon Inn: Table
Pathfinder Battles—Rusty Dragon Inn: Large Cart
Pathfinder Battles—Rusty Dragon Inn: Bed
Pathfinder Battles—Rusty Dragon Inn: Cart
Pathfinder Battles—Rusty Dragon Inn: Barrel x 2
Pathfinder Battles—Rusty Dragon Inn: Bartender x 2 (Trading fodder)
Pathfinder Battles—Rusty Dragon Inn: Crate x2

Agree with the previous to posters... I find the change disappointing.
By the time I actually get my subscription case in the mail (which will be 1-2 weeks from now depending on the Paizo and USPS goblins speed) the singles minis may not be available. I hope this policy is strongly reconsidered, otherwise the subscription value is diminishing. Without being able to purchase the singles we're missing at the discount the subscription provides, the value proposition of a subscription vs Pre-Order w/ third party is basically saving $30-40 to accept a 1-2 week delay in receiving the order.
Edit: Just tried to order some of the new ones I know I want multiple copies of, and lo and behold the subscriber discount isn't applied to singles from Rusty Dragon Bar set yet... I'm assuming this is because the subscription case won't ship until the 11th according to the Jan shipping thread... *sigh*

Count me as another one who doesn't like to see the singles available before cases have even shipped to subscribers. :(

This was an oversight in our system. We've made sure this is turned on now, though it may take a bit for the site to catch up since this element caches.

I also wish the singles would be available longer. I can't afford my case for a couple more months, so if something's missing and I can't find it elsewhere, my collection is ruined.
My preference would be for singles to be available until the release of the next set... but any extension, even a couple of weeks, would be an improvement overall.

Good news Kalindlara (and the rest of you)! We will be extending the sales window on our singles through the end of January so that *should* give your case time to arrive and still be able to buy the minis you want.

That's a great idea, Kalindlara. I mean, ideally single minis would be available for every set forever, like they have been so far, but I understand and accept that it's taking up too much time and space on Paizo's part to make it worth while.
The flip side are the concerns we've seen here - it take folks a while to get their subscriptions, or some folks can't get their cases right away, so a 2 or 3 week window on singles gets people all panicky. Not to mention what's going to happen if some of the rarer singles run out before subscribers even get their cases.
But Kalindlara's suggestion - keep singles from one set available until the next set comes out - seems like a pretty good middle ground. More time/effort on Paizo's part than just maintaining singles for 2-3 weeks, but not infinitely long. With new sets coming out every 3-4 months, that whould give everyone, from subscribers to small-quantity buyers, time evaluate their needs without feeling rushed.
Anyway, like I said, I get Paizo's need, but it's a pain as a customer, and this seemed like a solution that could work for everyone.

Excellent news for others - I sadly won't be able to afford a case until February at the earliest.
Still, I appreciate that you're listening. ^_^

I've been trying on and off all day to add Rusty Dragon Singles to my cart, but the subscriber discount still wasn't applying. And now they are all "Unavailable." I was hoping to get some into my sidecart before my subscription order spawned.
Any info on what's going on?
Thanks in advance.

Slight malfunction on our end with some things. We're fixing it asap.
If you don't get the items into the sidecart before we generate it, you should see the generated order as an option to add items to.

The Rusty Dragon Inn singles are selling out fast.
By now all 6 ultra rares/Dungeon Dressings are gone plus 6 additional rare minis.
6 rare minis remain available.
Also the "blue bed" repaint is still available in place of the sold out red one.
So to be clear, the dressing pieces are even on a higher rarity than the other rares? This “ultra/very rare”?
Why was that done? Do we really need that? I hope it doesn’t get like the old D&D miniature line where you will never get a full set in a case. Paizo/Wiz Kids have done a pretty good job of doing that so far, but if there is this “Ultra Rare” now, I can see that changing. I just don't see the need for it.

Reposting from here:
Neither Paizo nor WizKids has used the term "very rare" or "super rare" in connection with these minis—if you see that, some fan came up with that tag, and it has no basis in the actual distribution method used by WizKids. Frankly, I feel that it's use is just plain misleading. You should see set dressing pieces in roughly the same proportion as rares in each case of minis, which is to say 1 or 2 or each per case. (They're not technically rares because they sometimes appear in uncommon slots, but they're not significantly more or less rare than rare.)

@Unseelie:
...we will be releasing at least one more "wave" of singles before the end of the month, timed after we believe most subscribers will have received their cases. Watch this space very closely in the coming weeks for an announcement when this next batch goes on sale. We'll do the best we can to make sure that if you want a single from this set, you'll have a good chance of getting it, so long as you act quickly.

You might be able to buy a Cayden single yet.
