The Ghoul Cultist looks much better than the Ghoul Huntsman. I really like that there are ghouls in this set with class levels and clothing. Typically ghouls are represented as not differing much from zombies and wearing little more than tatters. This is a refreshing change. Even though it is a Common, it is probably my favorite ghoul in this set.

Put him on the altar!

Do you like black and bluish grey? Well that is what you get with this mini. An average to poor sculpt along with a dark (yes, again) paint job means a dark mess on the table. The dagger and skulls on its outfit give minimal pops of other colors, but not enough to drag this beyond a meh rating. A 2 1/2 or so mini.

Sculpt Quality: Good
Paint Quality: Solid
Comment: The skin tone and clothing are too similar, but painted details are well executed. The dagger is dramatically bent on two of the three minis. An intimidating looking creature overall.
Recommendation: Worth It
*Review based on 3 minis of consistent quality.

Not bad. Dark, with details that "pop" less than I'd prefer, but not an unpleasant Ghoul. Less disappointing than many in this set.
