Damn! Still not able to download.Okay I asked this before but haven't got an answer so here it goes,
Is there anything for the medium in here? Also is there a way to get a drake companion beyond the archetypes listed here?
My investigating has revealed a "no" to both, sorry.

A Psuedowyvern sounds like a Pathfinder version of a jhereg. :)
What's the overview of the Calligraphy Worm? That sounds interesting.
They're adorable little Wyrms that can change into a fountain pen and have ink sacs (in their natural form they write with their claws), they love reading, writing, languages, and discovering new forms of the above. They can be gained through Improved Familiar.

Alchemaic wrote:Alchemists who focus on melee attacks rather than bombs are actually quite powerful. As long as they get their buffs running before the battle starts, lol.
Speak for yourself, those mummy dragon guys in Archdragon Peak looked cool.Still though, not really sold on that archetype. It sounds like it trades out projectile bombs for... nothing really.
Oh believe me, my DM and I are fully aware of how good melee alchemists are. My last one had a lot of the same discoveries that this archetype seems to give. Except that he also kept the ability to throw bombs at range instead of just a cone, in addition to not trading out any class features which I assume this archetype will do. It just sounds like a really subpar trade when you can do all the stuff it already does without compromising anything else.

Double dammit! This is not going to make character creation any easier with my new player T-T.
Now what classes get the drake companion?

I believe this deserves what you would call a sqee.
I would do it myself, but I think it would lose meaning.

SQUEE!!!
I've decided that was more squee worthy.
Absolutely perfect. Was there an inspiration source for this? This is such a freakin' cool and adorable idea!

Also do they write just with one claw at a time or do any of them train themselves (or are innately gifted) to be able to write with all four claws at once?

Couple things.
First, the arcane strike ability of the scion is somewhat borked, as it doesn't scale as the ability doesn't provide a caster level replacement. So for 2 feats (Eldritch Strikes and Draconic Strike both replace feats) you basically get 1+1d4 damage per attack at the cost of a swift action, which is not so good.
Second, draconic malice is a crazy good spell. 3rd level, wide access(basically everyone but paladins/druids/rangers/hunters), no save aoe removal of fear/mind-affecting immunity of living creatures with regards to basically all your relevant fear effects. Sure its only 10 ft range, but its also a minutes/level aura. So its great for intimimancers and a nice support for enchanters. I sure as heck wish I had had it for the Bloodrager I just finished playing that went for a hurtful build.

How much fun would a Calligraphy Wyrm be for a Warlock Vigilante?
"Greetings, citizen. What is this disturbance?"
"The Fiery Fist and his trusty sidekick the Wyrm of Wonder saved that shopkeeper from a band of robbers. You just missed it. Who are you?"
"I am a reporter for The Daily Golarion, Good Sir, and I would love to tell your story. Let me just grab my writing pad and trusty fountain pen..."

Any idea how long it will take physical copies to start showing up in local game stores?
August 4th, generally.

You've been lucky, then, if you've always gotten it within the first week of shipping!

Would anyone be willing to spoil either what the Scaled Fist replaces or even just if it stacks with MoMS?
Hearing what it replaces would be lovely.
I would almost bet it stacks with MoMS because it sounds to me it should replace Perfect Self for some dragon flavored stuff - though I'd looooooove to see some FOUR HEADED DRAGON STYLE action.

Seeing as how you ignore the prerequisites for Arcane Strike it's safe to assume you go off character level rather than caster level.
And yeah, that spell's good for fear builds. And dragons.

Dragon78 wrote:So what exactly is in this book that is Linnorm related?Unfortunately, the only thing that's been mentioned is a linnorm combat style chain. Check earlier pages of the thread for details.
There's also Linnorm options for the Draconic Heritge feat, nice little debuff.
There's also a Regional Trait from Land of The Linnorm Kings that makes you more resistant to curses (and extremely resistant to a Linnorm's curse).
That's all I've seen so far, but Owen did do some expectation managing from the beginning.

Modifies Bonus Feats,
For Core Monk replaces Still Mind, Manuever Training, Quivering Palm.
For Unchained Monk replaces Ki Power gained at 4th, 12th.
I could be reading that wrong though.

Bwah bwah, Bonus Feats got altered, el no stacko.
Odd that it doesn't replace Still Mind for UnMonks?

Also, what about the With Archetype?Anything that's not magical, alchemical, weapons, armor, or tools.
So basically coins, gems, "art" and other forms of wealth. So you're good :3This sounds hilarious... What else does it do besides the "Hoard Familiar" swap? What abilities does it modify?

That's it, aside from having to pick the Dragon (which there are different versions) Patron.

Like I said I might be reading it wrong and it replaces the same core powers from the unmonk *shrugs*

Order isn't actually altered, just up to the GM's discretion, well, more than usual anyway.
