You get a set of 8 flip mats with one level of the Emerald Spire on each side for a total of sixteen levels of Emerald awesomeness. Whether you're planning to run the Emerald Spire live or online, you will need a set of these maps. It makes prep so much easier as all you have to do is drop it down and cover the hidden areas with construction paper for fog of war and you're all set!
I think these maps are the best thing about The Emerald Spire, and that's saying something because the mega-dungeon itself is pretty awesome, too. My players love the detail and layout of these maps. They are a work of art!
I just unpacked the Emerald Spire maps. They're fantastic. Not the same thing over and over. Some levels seem to have traps or moving rooms. Some feature the emerald prominently, others barely at all. Useful to all GMs.
Just have to say that I got these in today and they look great. Very happy with them and see endless possibilities for these maps in future campaigns. Great art and detail with each level can't wait to use them.
Apologies, I misspoke: it's true that we don't have current plans to reprint this product. However, we did bring copies to Gen Con, should there be any remaining copies (I can't confirm that at the moment, as we've not yet checked that inventory back into our system) they'll become available on the site. We do not have an ETA that can be provided or guarantee that copies are available.
I believe if you have backordered it, it will be fulfilled once the stock is returned.
But if it's not getting re-printed then it's a matter of first come, first served. If there's only 100 copies left and 500 people backorder it, I don't see how those 400 people are getting theirs.
Yeah, that was what I was getting at, too. The last reprint was back in 2015. They were still selling at the end of 2016. Apparently it has slowed since then. There are none to be found online (though I have trouble with eBay from here). I'm considering dropping back 10 and just printing the PDFs out since it seems they line up properly.

Unfortunately I don't have access to a colour printer and having them printed out professionally onto roll-up maps is nearly 10x the original price.
Bummer. I've done it with some user generated content (Mummy's Mask) and it can turn out pretty nice. I've never priced 24x30 printing at a Kinko's, however. It's still $55 for the PDF, too.
In the states you can just go to a library to print them. It still costs, but not $20/map. Even places like Kinkos aren't too bad for regular psge sized color prints.
So, the second printing sold out and the actual backorder option is just what´s left from GenCon 50?
There isn´t going to be a third printing?
Thank you (in advance) for clarifying. :-)
We haven't received our stock back from Gen Con yet so if we had any of these returning from the show, it will be a few more days before they are back for shipping.
As for another reprint, we do think the product warrants is so feel free to back order one and we will try to get it out to you as soon as we can. Reprints like this can take anywhere from 2-4 months depending on a plethora of factors.
Oh, very nice, very nice. You guys are the best. My Sunday group has one guy that isn't fond of dungeons - but he travels a lot, leaving my son and his friend in the lurch while he's out of town. They like dungeons. So do I. :)
That's the stock returned from Gen Con. Outstanding backorders gobbled up most of them, but at the moment, there are 3 unsold copies. Once those are gone, it'll take a few months for the reprint (unless the warehouse crew happens to locate some stragglers).
Just 3 posts up Vic Wertz said it was happening, but it would take a few months. I'd say he counts as "on high." I was one of the lucky ones to get the Gen Con leftovers, btw.

Ah...missed that, also lucky you. I recently picked up the module at a local half price book store. I would like to run this for my 2 nephews and not spending time drawing the maps would be a blessing and time saver. I will keep and eye on this page.

I will talk with our team about a reprint but I'm pretty confident that we can get one going. Most likely it won't be in until February/March.

That’d be fantastic. I know there’s about 100 Canadians looking to get their hands on these maps, myself included. A reprint means we’d all get a shot at obtaining one.
They are expensive but worth it. It takes a huge load off of prep-time. I can run this campaign only reading ahead and printing stat blocks (most of which I modify).

I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!! YES!!! I AM ACTUALLY YELLING THIS!!!

That would be amazing. I just started them on Crypt of the Everflame and plan on running all 3 modules so a Feb/March release would be great.
When the restock arrives, any orders that were waiting for it will be available to ship (as long as those orders weren't also waiting for something else, or aren't in sidecarts waiting to ship with a future subscription shipment).
Are my eyes deceiving me? Are these maps back in print? It's allowing me to add them to my shopping cart, but would it really ship to me if I purchased them? Or this just for another set of pre-orders?
So glad these are still available! With the hardcover sold out, these will probably disappear soon. Get them while you can!
Would if they were in my country or I was an American. Exclusive rights to only sell on the site with US price exchange rate plus international shipping makes it practically $200. That's not even remotely worth it. Wish this had been option when I supported the Kickstarter. It wouldn't have been easier on the wallet.
I'd pay $200 for it. It's almost half that for the set anyway. Once these sell out, we won't be able to find them in the States for less than $300, I'd bet.

I got the PDF free with the KS. You can make these with an ink jet and taped them together. It's not nearly the same quality, but it's cheaper than $200.
I'd be great if these were available for sale at Gen Con or Paizo Con so that people going to them could buy them. Had friends go to both last year and Paizo didn't have any available. It'd at least save on the shipping.
