I qualify for the Paizo Advantage discount for being subscribed to 4 products (as well as legacy AP) however, when I put the PFS subscription in my cart its showing an amount due. My 4th product was the Special Edition Rulebooks. I guess I assumed this would count as "rulebook" for the purpose of getting the free PFS subscription, but seeing as its not applying I'm not sure.
Any help would be appreciated, and if this isn't the right forum, please let me know!

A)The free items don't happen until after the first shipment with the final subscription in it.
So if you subscribed to a line that does not have any products being released this month, you won't see any free subscriptions.
B) The free subscriptions happen automatically once the fourth subscription goes live. You don't need to add them to your cart. If it doesn't happen, you can let staff know. The good news is that those are all digital products, so they will be added to your "Digital Content" immediately.
C) Yep, not the right forum:

Things to know about posting in the Customer Service forum;
a) Staff (usually) work through posts in the forum from oldest to newest.
b) It is extremely rude to add a comment to someone else's thread. This bumps their thread to the top of the forum (and the back of the line).
c) Make your subject line meaningful. If your post is an emergency, like needing to cancel a subscription before the next shipment, staff can see that right away. They sometimes act on urgent posts out of queue.
d) Bumping your own thread puts you at the back of the line again.
e) Don't bother emailing CS. They are far behind in responding, and are just now getting to mid-October emails.
