It sure is. :-)
I should also point out that we're in the process of changing this price--it should be $7.99 for this scenario. Why the price increase? This is our first ever 2-round (or 10 hour) scenario, a little experiment to see if (1) a 2-round scenario will do well and (2) to see if launching the Tier 12 arcs with a 2-rounder is a good idea or not.

Interesting. Will this necessarily need to be run in one sitting of 8-10 hours, or could it be run on subsequent weeks with sessions of 4-5 each? I like the idea of a longer scenario, but having it be a single double-length session might make it hard to schedule for groups that meet during the week or at locations with time limits.

Seriously, though...if this is set in Galt (which I imagine will be the case, since it's a follow-up to an adventure set there), I'd love to see one of the guillotines. So far the two adventures set in Galt don't revolve around the Revolution (or feature it at all) and it's such a defining element of the nation, so the result is that the adventures feel too modular. If I'm going to Galt, I want to know I'm in Galt. If the adventure is actually set somewhere else, well then, don't include Galtish stuff. Also, some meaty backstory on the mysterious Red Raven would be cool too.

I do not think that is in the best interest of the Wiki. You will probably appreciate the Easter eggs I'm putting in this thing more than anyone.
I retract my last statement.
I'm a little sad that my PFS scenarios are coming out in the months immediately preceding and following this one, though, since this scenario is sure to eclipse them both.

I'm finishing up the sequel to this scenario this week and I have to say, this is going to be a mind-blowingly awesome story arc! I can't wait to see Erik's final piece, as all I've seen to date is the outline. I encourage everyone to get their PCs up to 12th level ASAP so you can play this. You have no idea what you're in for!

This scenario is delayed by at least a week. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. :-(
I don't get paid until Friday anyway, so I can wait a bit longer. But what happen to Crystal's?

Just picked up on the details of this one - sounds intriguing and a lot of fun: excellent.
Question for planning please:
As it is Part 1 of 4 and is already APL 12 and double length (2 XP?), how best to ensure that one's PC is not too high level to play Parts 2 to 4 before retirement with the same PC that does Part 1?
Cheers

The double length scenario will still provide only a single Chronicle. Each level 12 PC may play through an entire lvl 12 arc before retirement. They never advance to 13th level over the course of the arc.

I can't speculate on when we'll see the release of this scenario. My hope is within a few weeks. I have a draft of it that I'm reviewing, but the final turnover will likely not happen until the end of next week.
My hope is that I'll have this out before the April scenarios, but I also cannot guarantee it.

As noted in other threads, a very specific set of circumstances has to have transpired for someone to be 12th level now anyway, and I know a lot of people are waiting to complete Echoes of the Everwar for their last 11th level scenario, so there can't be that many people with 12th level PCs to begin with. We can wait.

Just a question. But why is it so much more expensive than other scenarios?
(Not that it would stop me from buying it)
Never mind, didn't see Joshua's post about it until after I posted.
By raw wordcount, this adventure is close to 3 times as big as the normal scenario length. It's big! It's actually got more words in it than a printed module does.
