This is why I will never be able to subscribe, as much as I want to. If I could guarantee I would get no more than one book per month, I would subscribe NOW, but if 2-4 books come out in the same month, that's potentially could be over $100 and I just can't spend that much on books in any month without it potentially overdrafting my checking account (a charge of $25 per charge, so depending on release date, that could be very very very very expensive if the large subscription came in just before some smaller bills)
We're actually just about to get everything on schedule in production, and we intend to *stay* on schedule now; we've adjusted a lot of processes to help ensure that happens.
That said, I'd also like to point out that the week before each subscription shipment, we send emails to folks letting them know what's about to ship, and how much their card will be charged. Once you get that message, you have at least a few days to let us know if we need to make any adjustments before we actually charge the card.

So, say 3 books are shipping this month and I know I can only afford 1 of them. What are my options when I get that email?

Customer service can delay the order until you have the funds available, or they can cancel items from your subscription order (canceling items also cancels your subscription).

Ah ok if they can do that, that's cool... :) I might think about a subscription then next month or two.

Is there going to be any point where I can start my subscription with Inner Sea Magic? Looks like that and the Pathfinder Society Field Guide are due out at the same time, but there's only an option to start a subscription with the PSFG.
Even though they release on the same day, they do actually have an order: PFS Field Guide comes before Inner Sea Magic. Which means that *before* they ship, you can choose to start with either the Carrion Crown folio or the Field Guide, and *after* they ship, you can choose to start with Inner Sea Magic or Lands of the Linnorm Kings.

Alright, thanks for that. Guess I'll wait until after they release to start the sub then.

Map folios I guess are the only other thing left in this subscription now since a after a second look the flip mats are in their own category now.

We've had a new book for Osirion, Cheliax, and Andorian. Taldor still exists for only 3.5. Any news on possibly getting a new Taldor book?

I'm very glad to hear that, especially when march, april and may don't yet have a product announcement.
I could definetly understand that there could be a month where none comes out, because other products take up the workpower - like the "Adventurers Guide" hardcover, which essentially is a triple-sized Campaign Setting, but i am glad to see the line as a whole continue.
Thank you for the reassurance, James!

We're skipping three months of Campaign Setting volumes to allow us to do some other stuff by way of experimentation this year. It's just a temporary disruption that has more to do with in-house resources than anything else.
For various reasons, we've never really considered the Campaign Setting line a true "monthly" product line, even though our release schedule often put it that way or came up just short of it.
That's why, from time to time, when we're working on an "extra" hardcover book or something else interesting, we use the Campaign Setting line as a bit of a release valve on staff resources. It's happened a few times before without attracting much notice. This time a couple of non-associated factors resulted in a three-month gap, which is a bit more noticeable.
Anyway, it's just a temporary glitch. Things will resume in June with a neat 64-page standard Campaign Setting softcover release people have been asking for for a long time.

But it looks like this isn't it:
And this isn't a 64-page campaign setting book on Sandpoint. We are talking a multi-book product. So it will take a really large chunk of time for James to write this product. And that is what has been missing, that large chunk of James' free time.
Erik and I will continue to try to find a way to fit this into the schedule in the coming years. We truly want to see this come to life. It may well be one of the top products that we would like to see. So we are on your side and someday, this will see the light of day.

I assume the same, Steve.
It will most likely be detailing an Inner Sea realm and Taldor is the most likely one - together with Varisia!
I always like the Campaign Setting books that cover an entire land the best and one day i hope for a new hardcover replacing the "Inner Sea World Guide" that's called "Almanac of Golarion" or if we start a little smaller seperate hardcovers for the continents like "Ultimate Avistan" or "Complete Garund" or "Atlas of Tian-Xia".

6 out of the 12 "Pathfinder Chronicles" books are sold out.
20 out of the 71 "Pathfinder Campaign Setting" books are sold out.
4 out of 20 "Pathfinder Map-Folios" are sold out.
"Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Undead Revisited" has less than 25 issues in stock and will probably be the next one to sell out.

It looks like there will be no Pathfinder Campaign Setting in august 2017 either.
March through may i understand (additional resources were needed for Starfinder), but why again?
Starfinder is done and it's APs will be available bimonthly.
There will be a lot of Starfinder stuff available in august, but the minority of customers (like me) will buy both settings.
I feel that it's important to let Pathfinder be the priority product, because let's be real: fantasy roleplay is much more popular than any other genre and will likely stay so for a very long time.
That being said, i will buy all the initial Starfinder Stuff, but i still want my Pathfinder. ;-)

No new product for August either? Would be nice to know what plans you have for the Campaign Setting line in the future, to know if there's some next big thing coming (e. g. a Golarian setting book including other continents) or when there will be campaign setting books on a regular basis again. Love your work, would be sad if you'd only continue publishing setting books irregularly.
