Round 4
Zájarthauk, reeling from the blows he's taken steps back diagonally 5 ft (to avoid AoO) and drops his long spear.
He then casts a spell: « ფერი აეროზოლი » . . "colour spray", in draconic
@ GM Sapphire Fox: DC 14, WILL negates
Using the purple triangle to show the aim.
Trying to hit both green and red.
Kalman will be in the AoE, but he's already unconscious.
Round 3
Zájarthauk moves up closer to the cart and places a hand on Emma's shoulder (to give her a touch of rage, +1)
@ Emma: You should be able to give red or blue a wallop next!
Touch of Rage (Sp):
First Level Orc Bloodline Power (Orcs of Golarian): "At 1st level, you can touch a creature as a standard action, giving it a morale bonus on attack rolls, damage rolls, and Will saving throws equal to 1/2 your sorcerer level (minimum 1) for 1 round. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Charisma modifier."
"Don't get too far ahead of me, Emma.
"I can give your fight a bit more strength"
i.e. Touch of Rage (+1):
First Level Orc Bloodline Power (Orcs of Golarian): "At 1st level, you can touch a creature as a standard action, giving it a morale bonus on attack rolls, damage rolls, and Will saving throws equal to 1/2 your sorcerer level (minimum 1) for 1 round. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Charisma modifier."
"What are those?" Zájarthauk says to nobody in particular, pointing at the cawing ruffians.
Well, I know what they are, but Zájarthauk has no idea what they are, I figure.
He then takes out his wand of Mage Armour and applies it to himself (7 charges left).
Then he brandishes his longspear and shouts at them to get their attention:
« Tule ja hanki, paskat!! »
orcish:
"Come and get some, you shit eaters!"
intimidate:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 17 @ GM Sapphire Fox:trying to demoralise them as well as take their minds away from the peasants.
Round 5
Zájarthauk follows Emma and taps her on the shoulder, giving her another Touch of Rage (2/6 for the day)
Emma gets another +1 to hit and damage on her next attack
Round 4
Zájarthauk moves up behind Emma and taps her on the shoulder, giving here a Touch of Rage (1/6 for the day)
Emma gets +1 to hit and damage on her next attack
Touch of Rage (Sp):
First Level Orc Bloodline Power (Orcs of Golarian):
"At 1st level, you can touch a creature as a standard action, giving it a morale bonus on attack rolls, damage rolls, and Will saving throws equal to 1/2 your sorcerer level (minimum 1) for 1 round. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Charisma modifier."
Sorry for the delay, Everyone.
Just getting used to getting back into doing studying and homework, etcetera.
All that homework and studying and stuff.
@ GM Sapphire Fox:
I know Zájarthauk is clueless re the banners.
I should've been a bit more clear.
Just trying to see if he can spot obvious signs of hostility.
Like boarding parties getting ready and that sort of thing.
Noticing how Greeda's warning avoided another possible fight or trap, Zájarthauk comments:
"Well done, Greeda. A welcome change from bumbling into every single obstacle along the way!"
Sorry! I had my mind fixed on map one! Got it now.
Zájarthauk will move up to the fore-deck and cast Colour Spray on Red and Blue.
Should have enough movement to get there, I think.
@ GM Sapphire Fox:
I don't see any bad guys on the map, that's why I was trying to cover the actions as I saw it.
Anyway…
I'll take my chances and squeeze into the best spot to hit the bad guys with Colour Spray and avoid our guys.
Round 1
Zájarthauk casts a spell on the guards:
« Värisuihku » . . "colour spray", in orcish (dc 14)
@ GM Sapphire Fox (alternate action):
If Zájarthauk cannot avoid his team mates with Colour Spray, he will tap Emma on the shoulder to give her a Touch of Rage (see below)
Touch of Rage (Sp)
First Level Orc Bloodline Power (Orcs of Golarian):
"At 1st level, you can touch a creature as a standard action, giving it a morale bonus on attack rolls, damage rolls, and Will saving throws equal to 1/2 your sorcerer level (minimum 1) for 1 round. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Charisma modifier."
Zájarthauk will look through the ledger to see if any goods were taken as taxes.
INT check:1d20 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9 . . nope perception:1d20 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14 . . meh
Although a bit dim with paperwork,Zájarthauk will act as if he fully understands it:
bluff:1d20 + 3 ⇒ (17) + 3 = 20
"These taxes; they are sent back to your boss with all speed, yes?" diplomacy:1d20 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13
--------------------
And, if needed, depending on Sun's response sense motive:1d20 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 2 = 9
Zájarthauk loses patience with Sun Cheyeng's annoying swagger:
"How do we know you won't take whatever you damn well please as a 'tax'?"
"I myself am from Belkzen and don't care for this smarmy rubbish."
"Tell us what you really want and be done with it."
intimidate:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (17) + 7 = 24 . . trying to brow-beat some truth out of Sun Cheyeng
Apologies in advance, guys!
Zájarthauk really is from Belkzen.
Where sweet talking isn't on.
