Yes, but you do have brawler to work with now and pummeling style is pretty damned good.

Actually 5th Ed tries to keep it simple (though I have to imagine it will succumb to splatbook pressure in due course).

When it gets around to him again, he will try to identify again and do a full round arrow volley.

knowledge religion: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (6) + 14 = 20 CR 5 or less it works, so I doubt it again

rapid shot, many shot, deadly aim
to hit: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (12) + 9 = 21 damage: 2d8 + 20 ⇒ (2, 4) + 20 = 26

male human monk2/fighter 5 AC 18 FF 15 T 13; Fort +10, Ref +9, Will +5; Perception +11; Init +7; HP 65/65; CMB +10; CMD 24

+1 bow, +1 strength, +2 specialization, +1 weapon training, +4 deadly aim, +1 point blank shot so +10, first shot is manyshot so it counts as 2 arrows with one to hit roll, so 2d8+20, if my kirin strike check had passed, I could have added an additional +6 to one hit per round of course these are mooks so it likely wouldn't be necessary.

male human monk2/fighter 5 AC 18 FF 15 T 13; Fort +10, Ref +9, Will +5; Perception +11; Init +7; HP 65/65; CMB +10; CMD 24

Yuri will take a step away (5') from the threatening opponents and shoot again.

He will also use a swift action to try and identify them for kirin style.
knowledge religion: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (2) + 14 = 16 probably not unless CR 1 (kirin sttyle requires CR+15 for check)

rapid shot, deadly aim, point blank, manyshot
to hit: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (18) + 9 = 27 damage: 2d8 + 20 ⇒ (8, 5) + 20 = 33

Shoot a rapid shot, deadly aim set with manyshot

Hmm, looks like mooks, but I can try kirin strike anyway

knowledge local: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (20) + 15 = 35 well that's a waste

Single focused shot with kirin strike and deadly aim on an orc

to hit: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (18) + 10 = 28 damage: 1d8 + 18 ⇒ (3) + 18 = 21 just wanted to see how good it was, a full attack would have been better

"Take that ya varmints"

male human monk2/fighter 5 AC 18 FF 15 T 13; Fort +10, Ref +9, Will +5; Perception +11; Init +7; HP 65/65; CMB +10; CMD 24

Yuri will activate kirin style and draw a bead on the largest orc if one happens to be distinct. He will then wait until people are in position and ready to go, then fire.
deadly aim

A suggestion I head which sounded good for PbP was take average initiative values for the party and the bad guys and just roll those. Then one side or the other goes first and you don't have to wait for people to post in order.

male human monk2/fighter 5 AC 18 FF 15 T 13; Fort +10, Ref +9, Will +5; Perception +11; Init +7; HP 65/65; CMB +10; CMD 24
