Ok, so it seems that the consensus is that if badies are relatively intelligent they might ransom or torture pcs but not kill.

for things that are driven by more base desires T-rex, shambling mound, bullette, or in this case goblins...

they would boil and eat the downed party (who were stable but left behind). so lots of meat and a side of leshy for veg and fiber.

alright, noted.
thanks all

seems like an awful lot to go through just to get a 0th level spell. Or am I reading this wrong?

Human Favored Class Bonus-Shaman
*Shaman: Add one spell from the cleric spell list that isn't on the shaman spell list to the list of spells the shaman knows. This spell must be at least 1 level lower than the highest-level spell the shaman can cast.*

most favored class abilities are as follows
1 skill point or 1 hp per level

most other "notably cooler" powers are 1/2, 1/4, or 1/6

this has no enumerator... thus at 1st level you gain one singular 0th level spell. I am uncertain as to think that an extra spell per level is the same as a hit point or a skill point.

Maneuver Master monk can also use Flurry of Maneuvers while wearing armor.

You still lose the monk AC bonus, and you need to get the armor proficiency elsewhere, but MM 1/Fighter 1 can flurry in full plate.

cannot flurry in armor and maneuver master looses flurry of blows all together unless using flurry of maneuvers.

At 1st level, as part of a full-attack action, a maneuver master can make one additional combat maneuver, regardless of whether the maneuver normally replaces a melee attack or requires a standard action. The maneuver master uses his monk level in place of his base attack bonus to determine his CMB for the bonus maneuvers, though all combat maneuver checks suffer a –2 penalty when using a flurry.

At 8th level, a maneuver master may attempt a second additional combat maneuver, with an additional –3 penalty on combat maneuver checks.

At 15th level, a maneuver master may attempt a third additional combat maneuver, with an additional –7 penalty on combat maneuver checks.

A maneuver master loses this ability when wearing armor, using a shield, or carrying a medium or heavy load.

This ability replaces flurry of blows.

I mean RAW you can't even actually load a Healing Serum into a Needler dart, since it's not on the list of things you can, it's just one of those things that is just so obvious to do that people will do it anyways.

correction.. please read "dart" in ammo section.

DARTS
These light metal shafts each have a pointed tip and a reservoir to hold toxins or other appropriate substances that are typically liquid or viscous. While most combatants rely on darts to deliver toxins to enemies, particularly desperate or overworked field medics sometimes employ darts to conveniently deliver antitoxins, healing serums, and other beneficial drugs across a crowded battlefield. In these cases, medics often practice to improve their aim to ensure that this strategy is effective when employed.

I would argue that you can't use serums in the needle guns as they are not a "drug/medicinal/ or poison". Which has its own section separate from serums.

under the description of "dart ammunition" it specifically mentions syrum.

The section on thrown weapons says that thrown weapons are retrievable, there is no clause that says grenades are exempt.

um.. im sorry, do you understand the word "grenade".. its an explosive. when it goes off it is destroyed. very much like any other thrown aoe weapon in any other game. you cannot in pathfinder retrieve alchemist fire or thrown acid...grenades are destroyed by nature of them exploding. though..if you find a way. please contact your local recruitment team for the US military, im sure we would love to be able to find a nuclear weapon we could retrieve and reuse.

Scarab Sages

i would assume as in Pathfinder that a thrown weapon is a dex attack with a strength addition to damage.

i am specifically wondering about delayed grenades? is there going to be a piece of equipment that allows for grenade timers or are we to assume that grenade fuse duration is based on the level of grenade ie. a level 1 grenade can be set to go off on the following round.

Animate Dead isn't on the list of exceptions. I'm inclined to think that spells go away, leaving their targets as they were before being modified. So the Yak I spent 24gp on and later raise as a skeleton should go back to being a mundane skeleton as the Animate Dead wears off, right? As long as it didn't get destroyed during the adventure.

nevermind.. i redact my statement.. summons do vanish

i hereby addendum my statement. after much, much, much research. we understand the cost associated with animals as they gain in hit dice. it is not unreasonable to look for a less costly method to gaining something creative in game. as we know spells have durations. the persist for as long as the duration lasts. even dead wizards with mage armor still have mage armor as a persistant effect even though we ignore it. thus i propose a middle ground solution. summon natures ally. it has a duration of afew rounds. however in the realm of magic we also understand last in first out dichotemy.. so.. summon natures ally "yak" command it to lay down and coup de grace the thing.. then animate dead while its remains persist. just because we are trained to ignore bodies of summoned critters in pfs doesnt mean they arent there. animate dead says "persists till destroyed" thus allowing the animated critter to remain till the end of the scenario. since we have not come up with a legal method to remove the spell and allow the remains to persist.. i offer this as your alternate...

your skelliton goes poof.. it is considered a pet.. or hireling.. once it dies (even by dismissal or end of a spell) it is dead and needs to be replaced. i buy a dog for example. it dies.. i pick up the bones and either bury them and buy a new dog, carry them with me as flavor text, or pay resurection costs. thus.. if you want a permanant skellital minion.. just keep buying new animals.. i mean what was the cost you had quoted? 24gp.. come on.. your day job of "grave digger/undertaker/mortician" pays for it.
