The simplest thing is that Rish is the last "official" party member. However, he's the new guy - he's Ishmex's friend, or something similar, and he hasn't been keen on demonstrating his shapechanging yet, especially around a superstitious and potentially hostile crew. The rest of us merely think of him as good tracker/infiltrator and wilderness guy who's handy with a bow, and will be very surprised when he turns into a giant cat (to which Ishmex can be all "I told you so"). He then proceeds to duff all his swim checks and washes up on the shore. The locals pick him up and dump his unconscious ass in one of the huts. He just woke up and rejoins the action just about... now.

For world-building DMs and those of you who like history - I just finished this book about the Chinese war against the Mongols, and I am currently reading his book about the Assassins. Not only are they great, but they are dead cheap on Amazon Kindle.

His website is pretty wild, too. I like his architectural drawings (if you want to call them that) better then his spaceships and aliens, though. As a side note, how big is Grulorg? Is he the stereotypical 6'8", 300lbs of pure beef Uruk-haî, or is he more of the smaller, wirier Mordor orc?

Man, both tables are fielding a lot of beef, with the kensai and the elven shifter making me particularly nervous. Also making me nervous - no healing... Lheorvine is a well-established sword for hire, known for both his skill with his weird blade and for being tough as nails. As such, it would make sense that the squishier party member(s) have sought him out to act as muscle. He's also been basically everywhere and could know any other party member from a campaign, contract or some off-the-books tomb-robbing side quest.

Thanks! It is good to be back. Congratulations seem to be in order. Is it your own cafe? If so, you are tougher than me - the pressure of running my own business is far beyond what I would be comfortable with.

The reason Alwyn's not on the boat is straightforward - he's already done at the Shoanti village. He got a premonition on the boat and just Wind walked right home. However, his old man was too poorly off to save (this is where the "can healing spells cure stroke/cancer/Alzheimers?" question is asked - I don't think they should) and the clan elders are still dicks (see Alwyn's backstory). After a week or so of tribal frustrations, Alwyn leaves and Wind walks back to Sandpoint. He retraces the party's steps, talks to Quink and then arrives at Grundar's shop soon after the party. However, as awesome as Wind walk is, it is nowhere near as fast as teleportation, so he arrives at Turtleback Ferry a day after the party gets there. He gets a horse and sets off for Fort Rannick, and then...

Is there any way Janosz could have jammed this thing into an eye socket during downtime?

This party has gone though some wild mutations over the years - it started out as a large, very melee-heavy group, then shrunk into a small, finesse-oriented group (Alwyn being the healer and main melee combatant) and now back to a big, beefy group again. I'm keen on seeing Asher do his thing, as I am completely blank on the capabilities of the Gunslinger class. Oh, and Abydos Karnak is a hell of a fun name. Kudos!

That sounds like something Janosz would do! Alternatively, Rod met a fetching orc lass at the train station and decided to delay his trip for a bit. Being the retiring sort (*snicker*), Janosz decided to give them some space and walked back to his and Ezreal's apartment looking for a bite to eat - and lo and behold...

Yeah, that outcome was not quite what I expected. A very pleasant surprise (I'm probably more of a natural LDer, but I kinda like Corbyn myself) - knocking the Tories down some pegs while creating a viable and empowered opposition was probably the best possible outcome. Mothman wrote: Will the Torys need to form a coalition government at this point? Or will they still be able to form government with the seats they retain? What do you think it means for May, will she remain in the job? May is toast at this point. Nobody survives this kind of debacle, even if the Tories remain the biggest party. Her first move seems to have been allying with Northern Ireland's DUP. This is a terrible idea, for so many reasons; immediately, the biggest one may be that they are so regressive that we are already seeing open intra-Conservative protesting about it. The thing is that with such a razor-thin majority, everyone in the ruling coalition gets empowered. The Conservative Whip is going to have some very busy times coming up...

I get to use WIS instead of STR when calculating attack and damage. Pretty nifty for a cleric; Kazadar has a guided weapon in the Eberron campaign. And, yeah, my AC is 27 now, and can go as high as 30 when using Demiarchos' Bile and my Ring of foe focus. Not bad for a greatsword-wielding cleric.

Anyway, those are headbands these days, and I'd let him convert free of charge if he wants (he also doesn't have any WIS enhancement as far as I can tell, which could be folded into that) if he needs to clear his shoulders slot. I have a +2 CHA cloak and a +4 WIS headband. However, I would very much like Hudak's cloak - both because it gives useful bonuses, and because it pairs well with my Mask of the skull.
