Two questions:

How do you do init? In my experience it takes ages of everyone has to go in order. I let everyone who goes before the next npc or monster go in the order they post. E.g. Weylin, Tokae and I could act because we all go before the next npc. That way peeps dont have to keep checking.

Who can I reach after I take a move action to stand up (+ a 5 foot step)?

Did you hand aletheia a sword or not? Up thread you seemed to have done so. We will get a vicious butt kicking if nobody has a weapon and this ends in a fight. I have claws so I am fully armed. I think we should go armed to give us a fighting chance against the guards and because so many of us suck at bluffing.

Too little time to don armor. Lets put someone with decent ac in front if the door and then me and someone else flanking the door. I can put out very solid damage in a flank.

I use my prehensile tail to hide the thieves tools in whatever passes for a toilet here. I slide the lock picks through my tattered wing and then fold them down.
