Very important please read.

For you guys to Bluff that you are still in chains you all have to be sitting down, that's how the chains are made, re read the description I have given four times. So do you fight you way out or do you try and Bluff. If you are seated please note it takes an action to stand up.

I will give everyone twelve hours from this post to reconsider you third round actions. You can redo them or keep them as is. The guards reach your cell at the end of the third round but they can still see movement and hear noises.

Weylin, Varrel, Dru are completely free of the chains! Kallen is free but is still is nauseated and partially fatigued. Alethia has his hands free but has the leg chained to Tokae's legs. The MONK (!) who would be useful in an unarmed fight is still fully chained. Who planned this again? Dru and Alethia have daggers and I await you to tell me where they are. Varrel has his claws.

If you guys want to Bluff you are seated please note it takes an action to stand up. If you fight remember the guards do NOT have to come in if they see you all standing and they may have an alarm horn with them.

DM note here. It's just past 7 pm, most if not the whole prison guard detail will be awake.

I will allow that if you want but if you do so it will be an easy Perception check to spot you, say DC 13 unless you roll high Stealth. Even then you may not make it back to your chains in time.

edit You did roll a nat 20 so I will allow you to get back to your chains but you don't get the full bonus to Disable Device, just a +2 not the +4, also you can roll Stealth and pray you roll high or take a DC 13 chance the guards spot you. They are already on alert.

Round 1: Weylin acts quickly, trying to unlock the monk's arms before he'd have to actually bluff.

Disable Device: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18

Round 2: Weylin sits back down, regardless of the result, and tries to act as if he's chained up.

Round 3: Weylin starts singing a plaintive melody, some prison favorite about lost love and whatever other nonsense he can think of.

Aletheia can also make as high strength check to break his leg chain but that will definitely destroy any chance of a Bluff.

With bonuses for the simple locks +2 and part of the masterwork picks that's just enough to free one of three locks that bind Tokae. Weylin which of the three locks did you free?

Good catch Dru!

Surprisingly only Varrel made the Knowledge and Perception check to realize what it took to break the chains with strength alone. Does a DC 25 cut it? We shall soon see.

Bluff or mad crazed stampede out?

Hmm ok. I guess given your dire situation this counts as 'creative.' Give me a Fort DC 13 to produce the the urine, then a ranged touch at a -2 to hit as the guards arrive. Also indicate if its guard 1, 2 or 3.
