I'm most excited for details on the new conscious mind, Tangible Dream
Ah maybe I should stay aware from online stores while half asleep then. Thanks, sorry.
Huh why is there no pdf option? Seems like a strange thing to not have.

Interesting. How does it stack up vs the fire elemental bloodline? They seem distinct enough from each other?

Interesting. Thanks for the info.
Well, for simplicity, do either of the martial weapons get the monk trait?
Huh. I wonder if the advanced ones interact with Monastic Weaponry in any way. The actual text is "You gain access to uncommon weapons that have the monk trait and become trained in simple and martial monk weapons. " So it seems like advanced weapons wouldn't be included?

I wonder if the soulboud weapon//armor archetype is open to martial classes other than Paladin? Need access to divine spell list or 14 wisdom. So pretty open given how useful wisdom is

The ultimate sword nerd. Would probably be the closest thing to a Black Blade Magus you could get. I have a feeling they are going to make black blade an archetype in the book magus comes in. Only anyone can take it. Boy I hope so. Weapon summoning is basically the only other thing I truly want from the game at this point. Well, that and kaiju. Until then, at least i can finally use swordchucks yo.
Honestly the idea of alternate casting styles is top of the list for me. Never was a fan of Vancian casting, which is why i drifted heavily towards Spheres of Power in pf1
What level is Verdant Seed?
Might as well join in and ask about a summary of the nature feats if you could please.
How does Scroll Trickster work? Do you pick a list to make scrolls from?
Oh Threefold Aspect is in the APG right? What's that do?
Also, did Bull's Strength and related spells come back too?
Jason Bulmahn wrote: Folks, just to speak on the topic of the Tengu Oracle...
When looking at the iconics for Pathfinder 2nd Edition, we are always on the look out for ways to offer up a different look and feel for these vital characters. In the past, they have been primarily human, so with the new edition we have decided to mix it up a bit, adding characters that represent different ancestries in the game. Our new tengu character is just one example of where we decided to go in a different direction, but you will still find Alahazra in our game as a sample Oracle.
After having another look, i feel like this is mostly for 'stand and fight/locked in a duel' moments. Like when you just want more survivability for a straight fight, because hey you never know.
Edit: which still runs counter to the classes main focus, but hey playing against type i suppose.
Rysky wrote: A frontliner daredevil... that has to "chill" happenstance doesn't really mesh. To be fair, that's just poor word choice on my part.
I really just mean take the temp hp for safety, because you're in the middle of a brawl, and certainly take advantage of any chance to renew it.

My best guess is, at the end of the day, you're still a martial. You'll be in the thick of the fight, getting hit. If you have refillable temp hp to help mitigate hits, it helps the fiction of the daring daredevil who keeps on in a fight long past lesser combatants. So chill out long enough to soak a hit, then back to burning panache.
Cant wait to give a monk a witch dedication to flurry with hair

Hit with the shield, then stab with the dagger. You know what, just realized i missed your point

It may not be RAW (Actually I'm unsure on that part) but it seems more like something that should be errata'd.
Edit: If I look on Archives of Nethys under the weapons table the very first line says Fist.
I'm very inclined to say that the game treats unarmed strikes as weapons. The problem with allowing unarmed strikes, is that you give 1-hand + Shield users an automatic Agile offhand weapon, since they can make a 1-handed weapon attack, followed up by an Agile kick. I mean, unless you're a lizardfolk or have a monk dedication it's a 1d4 nonlethal attack. Nothing unbalancing, a dagger would get you.to the same area just without nonlethal and with a different damage type. You know, as we get closer and closer to the line, all I have to say is I hope the prehensile hair hex makes a triumphant return, hopefully as a focus power or something.
To clarify question one, you get the Wild Morph focus spell, and the Wild Shape feat, and the feat grants you the Wild Shape focus spell. So you get two focus spells in one go, you just pick which you'd like to use in whatever combat you're in.
I mean, theres always not jumping immediately to murder. Especially if you're talking about someone who has backed you up repeatedly in fights.
Realistically they probably wouldn't work together based soley off of extreme viewpoint clashes, but if they can put it aside for the goal of not dying, im sure they could work out putting it aside for the goal of not dying to each other.

If you're unlucky enough you could be spending an action to set yourself on fire every round. Now as much as this irks me too, the mental image of an increasingly frustrated goblin continuously relighting himself only to burn out a few seconds later also seems to be peak goblin to me.
From what i understand you dont even have to be a caster.

Tailed Goblin and Treedweller Goblin Ooo, a puzzle! My guesses are that the Treed-weller Goblin likes to go around digging wells, but can be easily chased up a tree, while the Tailed Goblin always has someone following them. This is 100% accurate

Honestly that politician exanple, you csn just explain it as a gut feeling. This guy whos all smiles and says all the right things... he's like a predator closing in on prey. You can see it in his eyes, hes not your friend. It doesn't have to be a complete understanding of humans, just an idea of knowing when somethings off with the situation.

Kaiju. A 20th level druid or sorcerer can straight up turn into a kaiju, and they gave us none to brawl with. Seems like an easy fix.
Honestly the Aegis would be a good 'make everything' class. Its an armor summoner, itd be easy to expand to weapons, and it did have an archetype that summoned a construct, so there you go, your three paths.

The Captain is right with just how much more impressive it is from the PT, and personally, from 1e in general. Unless i missed something important i believe the Ranger’s Edges work with Melee as well, in which wow. I thought Fighter was the King of TWF, but Ranger seems to be able to hold his own just fine. I’ve never actually found myself wanting to play a ranger so much before.
Of course, to each their own in the event Ranger doesn’t end up being your thing.
You know, the last character i played for pf1 was almost a ranger, which in retrospect i regret not doing because unarmed style plus a raptor companion is really everything i want in a character. I guess stripping away favored terrain/ enemy as a default and ditching tbe spell list helped get me a lot more excited. Probably gonna have some fun putting together a ranger/ monk just to finally have that character made up.

What are the class paths for the ranger? I realize I haven't heard a single detail about those.

On the subject of languages, is there a cardboard box to aid rogues with stealth/ sliding down sand dunes?
Or a more serious question, are there any specific rules regarding nonlethal damage?
Hell base soulknife had no powers ("spells"), it just had a sword and a dream. And a scaling enhancement bonus and a pseudo sneak attack. But mostly the sword. There was an archetype with powers though. Im honestly not sure how it stacks against the gloomblade, but i think the Soulknife has far less restrictions on the weapon and its enhancements.
I mean unless you were refering to the magus when you said spells. In which case, my bad.
