So i did some math, and if we're able to pay for a full crew every day, then we should be done in 29 days. i expect this to go wrong. i think we should follow Narsens advice and fix the gate first. that will take a full team 3 days to complete (if all goes normally) we need both the stonemason and a carpenter for this, so it's nice to get this out of the way, as that will free the stone mason up for other work later.

At the same time a full team can finish clearing the rubble from the greathall.

A full team will clear the road in two days, opening them up for something else.
and a full team for cleaning the courtyard in two days.

i should plant the lillies on the first day, so that we don't forget to do that. after that i can either start cleaning a place or possibly try to track down the geckos Azu spotted and try and talk to them and convince them to help us.

so my initial suggestion:
Crunch: hire the stonemason and 2 unskilled workers, gate
Azu: hire 3 unskilled workers, clean great hall
Franzine: hire 3 unskilled workers, courtyard
Dorian: hire 1 unksilled worker and 2 otherworkers, clear road
Trig: plant lillies, and then either track down geckos or clean somewhere

Also, do we know what it costs to hire people?

Trig walks into Knicks and Knacs, ready to make a new friend. At Sylvias greeting, Trig smiles brightly, and answers Hi! i'm Trig, i'm new in town. i'm a pathfinder! Do you know about the pathfinder society? it's this really fun group of adventurers, and now we're trying to set up a local lodge here up at the ruin up there as she points a thumb over her shoulder You're rats are so cute! this is my friend Snakey, but don't worry, i've taught him not to eat other people's pets! Can i pet them? i think i have some spare food lying around here!

As Trig digs through her backpack fishing out a trail ration, she casts speak with animals, and continues talking with the rats.

Hi, I'm Trig, and who are you beauties? are you hungry? i got some spare food! How is Sylvia, does she treat you well? she seems really nice, and it smells really good in here? is that parsley? Do you grow the plants close or do you go really far away from here to pick plants? i'm going to be living up at the top of the hill over there Trig points in a random direction You're welcome to come visit anytime you want to! i'll make sure to tell all of my friends that they're not allowed to hurt any rat that comes to visit me!

Turning back to Sylvia, Trig continues,

No really, anytime! you won't be imposing, so don't worry about being polite! us pathfinders really like helping people! no problem or danger is too small or insignificant for us to handle! one time all my cousin had to do on a mission was pick up a bottle of wine! so really! if you need any help, just let us know! or... umm... maybe you should just let me know? the others are nice, i promise! but some of them can come across as a bit grumpy, but they're good sorts!

suddenly shy Trig looks around. Eager to change the subject, she picks up a random healing cream.

What's this? it smells really nice! is that a hint of rasberry? I guess that makes sense, they do have an anti-inflammatory effect! Do you grow them yourself? or do you go into the forest to gather your ingredients? because that seems very inconvenient! if you wan't to i can help you set up a herb garden? ummm... What else are you selling? i heard you mention love charms? do they actually work?

Tje Steps away as her invisibility drops. She then casts a Threatening Ghost Sound, hoping that the Xill wont see through it, so that Zanice has a flanking buddy.

Finding XCKLXCRKTCHXWKRALKXKKK is fairly easy, as this shirren is asleep in her quarters. She wakes with a startled yelp as Venture Captain Naij strides into her room.

luckily her bag is packed, and putting on her second skin takes close to no time.

"Ready to go boss".

If your group is willing to go non-PFS, there is still options for your GM to get credit. Perhaps you can convince your GM to run an adventure path in campaign mode for you?

(I’m on my phone, so excuse the formatting of my post)

Altaica, first off, congrats on taking steps to socialize with people. Stepping outside of you circle of comfort is scary, even more so when you’re unfamiliar with the social ruleset that you are stepping into.

The rules of the game is somewhat explicitly written. However, the rules we use in the Organized Play community is not just paizo’s published works, but also FAQs and erratas publishes on this website. Even clarifications written in the forums counts as RAW.

It can be an overwhelming amount of rules to get to know. Fortunately you are not expected to know them all straight away. And when you’re in doubt, you have done the right thing, which is ask in the forum.

Other people have already answered your question, by guiding you to a campaign clarification regarding bonus spell slots. This clarification is RAW as far as Organized Play is concerned. What you are intending to do is therefore not allowed in Organized Play.

The rules of the Organized Play Community is less explicit. Some social rules are clearly written, others not. One of the clear rules is that we, in Organized Play, are not allowed to discriminate against players, so you will never get told you cannot play as long as you follow the rules. (You can get put on a probation period of no play, but let’s not delve further into that right now)

Another unwritten rule is that we demand everyone to be courteous in their dealings with each other.

It might be because the written word is hard to get the right intent behind, it it may be your autism that causes you to come across in a way you didn’t intend. What you have written is read by us NTwit as very rude. We get the intend that you don’t want to follow the rules that our community is build upon, because they’re “not fun”. The rules are there to make the campaign fair across the globe.

If what you want is to be able to decide on the rules you play with as a group, what you’re looking for is a “home game”. These kinds of games are not a part of Organized Play, and as such are not determined by our rules. You do not have to play home games with friends, or even at home. It is quite possible to find a froup online, perhaps in the pathfinder Facebook group?

I hope this helps, if you still are unclear on anything, let me know, and when I see it, I will try to answer it to the best of my ability.
