I will say, I laughed out loud in front of my screen when I saw Eadie literally announce where we came from. All I could think from then on was, "Well, now he knows where to target first during his reign of terror."

Ooga is unconscious nothing for her turn. -11 would be 154 dmg
Due to this revelation, her turn will be simple

Though I am not supporting the tactic of bringing Ooga back up, according to my math,, The damage totaled 231 (concealment roll made 1 miss)
Again, I do not support efforts to accomplish this. But it is technically possible. Also it makes it that much more amusing about the luck of the concealment rolls. 1 less hit and she''d be alive, 2 less and shed be conscious. LOL. I was surprised by the 19-20 crit range.

I'm sorry for harping but i was bored and clicking around and found these posts from Sean K. Reynolds. They are near the bottom.

Though your chiming in is not unwelcome, it seems as a reiteration on my same point. Bestiary 1 wrote: Tremorsense (Ex): A creature with tremorsense is sensitive to vibrations in the ground and can automatically pinpoint the location of anything that is in contact with the ground. Aquatic creatures with tremorsense can also sense the location of creatures moving through water. The ability’s range is specified in the creature’s descriptive text. Bestiary 1 wrote:
The GM has stated an understanding of this point. He then further pointed out that it would be silly for every fight on the plane of Earth (which would use these rules) and for some creatures who are otherwise blind. The only thing that I would add as a last ditch, I don't wanna die is..

This potentially implies that "this tremorsense" is different in that "...don’t suffer a miss chance from concealment or total concealment against creatures you detect with your tremor sense."

The RAW that I am aware of is that it utilizes the same wording as that of blindsense. That being said, it is a bit odd/vague and understand your ruling. So, forgive my interruption.

At the beginning of Ooga's turn Vos heals 5 and Ooga takes 5. Oogachucka casts the spell from the scroll and waves of healing magic overflow on her body. She then pulls out another scroll (Scroll of Heal) and steps closer toward the sarcophagus. 110 healing from the scroll I do believe. Damage Totals: OOGA +10

At the beginning of Ooga's turn Vos heals 5 and Ooga takes 5. Oogachucka concentrates and a burst of positive energy washes over all those in the room (except the Naga). She then pulls out a scroll and takes a step toward the naga. "Thank you dear." 6d6 ⇒ (4, 3, 3, 4, 1, 6) = 21| Ooga heals for an additional 12 due to Fey Foundling

You've got a lot of numbers to deal with, but according to what I read from the attacks on Ooga, it adds up to 126 dmg. With a -5 from the temp hp, that makes 121 dmg. Is that correct? Also, Life Link isn't for the faint of heart....or body

Ooga took the 20 at the beginning of her turn, after which she channeled. That would heal the 20 she took and, due to sun blessed a trait, she overheals herself by a max of her lvl (10). Thus she ends with full hp plus 10 temp HP. On another (proud) note: Ooga: Last round
P.S. Remember that I can only heal you if you are within 30ft (Beyond the 5 from lifelink [wich has a 100ft range]). If you run/teleport far away from the group, I will not chase you.

At the beginning of her turn Edie, Vos, Grif, and Proudfeets heal for 5, while Ooga takes 20. Oogahucka moves forward through the hallway and into the room (60ft spd because of haste). Concentrates for a moment and channels energy to heal, excluding Vad, and Agarik. HEALS: 7d6 ⇒ (5, 6, 6, 6, 1, 1, 6) = 31 Damage totals: OOGA +10

In the many seconds after, Ooga hobbles up near the door. All the while, wounds seem to be opening up on her and closing on the Deva. She activates the wand in her hand a few times. CLW: 1d8 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 1 + 2 = 6

....Maybe my message came off as a bit harsh as will this one as well. I am sure ya'lls characters are cool and interesting, but this is hard mode waking rune. If your character is not something that you cringe at playing because it ruins games due to its sheer op'ness then we are likely to TPK. If you don't overtly or covertly apologize for your character's power level, we are likely to TPK. Again, I don't mean this as an insult to anyone or their characters, it is simply how hard mode and all of the Bonekeeps were designed. And, depending on how the GM prepared this, we may not even stand a chance regardless of our preparations. So mentally prepare yourselves. All this being said, I swear to all of you that I will do my best to keep you up. If you run away from me, do something silly, or have a less powerful character, you will be prioritized lower in the resurrection queue. I will try to keep track of the damage on your characters and will post my track to the Discussion thread. If I have missed something please let me know.

Oogachucka stares at the preparation with skepticism. That looks soon transfers to the token as she holds it quizzically. She then simply breaks the token and disappears.

An older human woman enters the room slowly. She looks old, her wrinkles have wrinkles. She is dressed in traditional northern tribal clothes. It looks as if a stiff breeze would cause her to crumple. She hobbles over to where the crew is standing and conversing and speaks in a hobbly voice that could only come from an old human woman, "Weell...Heelloo there..Sorrryy I'mm late....theese legs donn't move as fasst as theey uussed to." |
