Since inspire courage is also a competence bonus, gallant inspiration would add 3 to the attack roll for a total of 26. I guess it will all depend on how much blindness is affecting the reaver's AC :)

If the orc is down, Tiki will move Kiti to engage the orc next to Malark and order Kiti to try to sunder the orc's axe. (Kiti has the maneuver trick for sunder).

I thoink even atop his 15' mount with a reach weapon Tiki is one square too far away to threaten the demon. If I am wrong about this, add 4 to the attack rolls.
