According to the discussion thread, GM Sedoriku should be back Sunday at the latest? I know I'm ready whenever GM gets back!

![]() |

Shonne's been in mid-leap for a week!

GM Sedoriku |

I'm back! Thanks for waiting, I ended up being pretty busy during the trip and right after it as well, but I'm ready to get back into it right away assuming everyone is ready!
The giggly thing's grin expands into a full-toothed smile as he gets the orders to attack the group! With another laugh it launches itself ten feet into the air and zooms over Ao, and hover just out of Edwin's reach. With a cackle it starts in a sweet and innocent sounding voice. "Hi! I'm Hroku! I'm going to kill you and rip your heart out and savor the blood as it gushes out around my jaws! It's soooo nice to meet you!"

"Coins, get!" Gro-Khal commanded, pointing at the giant in front of him. The Nagaji moved forward, his axe hitting the chairs as he walked by them, and hoisted it high in the air. He waited for Coins to move into position before unleashing another strong vital strike.

GM Sedoriku |

Alright, It's been 24 hours, I'm going to delay Shonne. On a different note, this is the first round of combat, so the trolls are, well, were still flat footed.
Gro-Khal lumbers forward knocking chairs left and right, his axe drug behind him crating a great crevice in the floor as it's titanic weight buries it into the ground. As the large nagaji reaches a suitable point he beings the long process of getting his axe up and ready to bear.
With a whistle from his master though, Coins quickly runs under the table and around the troll's chair, he spins around own the other side and uses the momentum from the maneuver to land a stinging tail slap on the troll. A hit!
A second later Gro's giant axe head comes through and slices the troll down his center line. Another hit, the troll is currently unconcious
Surprised by the suddenburst of speed from the small firery woman now right in front of him, Ao fumbles for a second, before leaning in and giving her a solid bite! 10 damage As he brings his head up, Ao swings with both hands. Shyvara just barely dodges his left, but fails to move out of the right in time and takes a large gash across her ribs. Another 11 damage
Shrakas, still unsettled by the nasty look from the small human with the large muscles, grabs out a potion and downs it, his muscles visibly bulging larger. He then starts to work himself into a frothing fury. "Come into MY domain, I tried to be NICE and possibly LET you live, but you scoff at my GENEROSITY and, inspite of my OBVIOUS strength, ATTACK ME??!?! YOU WILL DIE!"
Underneath Gro-khal's axe, Murasaki's unconscious body slowly starts knitting itself back together.

As Tiki urges his companion forward, he draws his earth breaker and causes Kiti to tap into her primal nature, her horn growing thicker and glistening with power. Upon reaching their destination, Tiki speaks a command and the collar around Kiti's neck grows, causing her to become monstrous. The vanara then gives the word for Kiti to attack the flying beast.

GM Sedoriku |

Sorry for the lack of posts, work has been crazy busy and I ended up having a work related event last night. I know this is moving slowly bu you're nearly done with this fight!
Shyvara's quick blade work leaves deep, seeping wounds all over Ao's body and with a gurgle he falls unconcious. Ao's flesh starts to mend, but then Shonne's flaming spear comes in and cauterizes the wounds, killing the giant once and for all.
Edwin, The troll would already be dead by the time you got there, feel free to take another action instead.
Tiki gives Kiti the orders to move out and activates her collar. As the rhino grows she barrels through the large intimidating front doors, sending large chunks of wood flying every where. The now monsterous beast glares around the room and quickly catches sight fo the unatural Hroku and tries to gore the magical beast, leaving a noticable hole where her horns landed.
Hroku gives a howl of pain and rapidly flaps to stay in the air, but soon settles back down. Auto-succeeds the fly check to stay aloft After a second, glares a the small man atop the large beast and drifts over to him clearly not happy. The gruesome looking creature spats at Tiki. "That hurt, you stupid ape! Forget the holy man, I'm going to enjoy feasting on your heart!" She lowers her horns and with a surge from her wings, rushes headlong into the vanaran. Her horns scrape Tiki's ribs dealing 8 damage, and as she moves away disappointed in her near hit, she lashes out with two diamond hard hooves but Tiki gracefully dodges both of them.
Turkbot starts his raging song. Before rushing forward, drawing his sword.

Gro-Khal bellows out a roar as he feels the raging song take him over. He moves next to Turk and readies a significant blow should Sharakas come this way. Holding his axe over the coals of the fire pit I'm assuming these are lit since that's what the map shows, not that it's for anything other than flavor, he waits, continuing his mighty roar of challenge towards the troll boss.

Gro-khal and Edwin both sidle forward setting up a defensive perimeter, with the giant nagaji hefting his equally gigantic axe, clearly issuing Shrakas a challenge. A challenge the enraged troll is more than happy to meet, as he crashes around the table scattering chairs and nearly up ending the table, As he reaches the bottom of the stairs though he realizes the large pink skin with a nasty look in his eye is there too and stops. He huffs out in common to Gro and company, "NO, YOU come to ME!" He clearly has one clawed hand kept at the ready should some one get in his reach.
Coins feasts on the downed troll, getting some rather delectable chunks of meat, and almost taking an entire arm off, but the flesh under his teeth still squirms about reknitting itself together. the purple troll is still regenerating, though he's so far in the negative we can probably hand wave him out.
Shonne's spell slams into Hroku, drawing a shrieking cry of pain from the beast. It glowers at the woman before wincing in pain, and glancing at the doorway, clearly deciding this group is too dangerous.

It looks like Tiki is not getting a post up just yet, I'll delay him, especially as we are near the end of this fight!
On a different note it seems there was some confusion about the purple troll. He's down and nearly completely out but is slowly regenerating. Only two left still standing are the big boss and Hroku. Edwin you can change your actions if you want to, as that is my fault, Sorry.
Shyvarra moves around the fire and gets into place to launcher herself at the big bad Shrakas, while Edwin moves down south, getting in line with Gro-khal, Coins and Turk.
Hroku, bleeding profusely, decides to take advantage of Tiki's momentary pause, and tries to bolt past the vanaran and his rhino and out the open doorway. Tiki and Kiti can get an AoO.

Back and catching up. First, is the fling creature still in the fight? I don't see it on the map. Second, who has accepted Turk's rage? Stuff needs to happen if anyone did.
When Turk sings you will all have the choice of accepting rage from him or not, and can make that choice each round. Note that unconscious allies automatically accept the song.
If you accept you gain a +4 morale bonus to Strength and Constitution and a +3 morale bonus on Will saving throws, but also take a –1 penalty to AC. Note that while under the song's effects allies other than the skald cannot use any Charisma-, Dexterity-, or Intelligence-based skills (except Acrobatics, Fly, Intimidate, and Ride) or any ability that requires patience or concentration, including spell casting.
Note that you are NOT fatigued at the end of this rage. And if you have your own rage ability you can either accept my rage or use your own rage benefits without using up your rage rounds. You are still not fatigued after the rage BUT you get my rage powers instead of your own.
Rage Powers
Lesser Spirit Totem: Your ancestors rise up to fight with you and attack one creature each round. You choose who they attack and they they can attack creatures up to 15' away from you. The are +10 to hit and do 1d8+4 negative energy damage. Obviously do not attack undead with them. They do not offer or benefit from a flank.
Spirit Totem: You gain a 20% miss chance against any attacks from foes that are not adjacent to you.
Greater Spirit Totem: While raging, the spirits that surround the barbarian become dangerous to any enemy adjacent to the barbarian. Living enemies adjacent to the barbarian at the start of her turn take 1d8 points of negative energy damage, no attack roll, no save.

Assuming everything that needs to be dead or dying is so, Shonne puts her flaming spear out in Coin's dangerous regenerating jerry chew.

GM Sedoriku |

Good Grief, Gro-Khal, lay off the crits. You're killing all my pretties before they can do much of anything.
Hroku gives a screech that then dies down into a gurgle as Kiti’s enlarged magical horn cleanly pierces through her, killing her on the spot. Two hits but Kiti’s was more than enough to kill.
Edwin pauses for a moment and considers laying into the downed mass of troll Coins is happily comping away on, but decides against it and moves closer to the final troll that is up and kicking. Edwin ends up standing in the way of Gro-Khal and forces the nagaji to move up next to Shrakas. The underchief takes the prepared strike against the equally gigantic nagaji, scoring deep gashes along Gro-Khal’s head. 18 damage, just reiterating
The troll gives a small alert of surprise as the man keeps coming, completely unprepared for a stinking humanoid to keep coming after tasting his mighty claws. Deciding that a bite might teach the man his place, Shrakas gives a snarl and lashes forward with his large crocodile-like mouth. However, Shrakas, unlike Coins, isn’t used to attacking creatures that are the same size as him and aims too low, his teeth clattering against Gro’s armor.
Seeing an opportunity to strike while Shrakas has his back turned, Shyvara leaps behind the underchief in a blinding flash, and exposes the bone of the troll’s left leg. A hit!
With a scream of pain, Shrakas turns to attack her, but Gro-Khal takes advantage of that momentary distraction to bring his giant axe down over his head. The nagaji wasn’t quite ready and brings the axe down on its side, exposing Shrakas to the flat of the blade. But The innate strength of Gro and the ponderous weight of the make it a moot point, smooshing the giant into a small puddle of flesh, bone shards and blood on the floor. A CRIT! (If your first confirm roll didn’t auto-fail it would have hit! But 192 points of damage was well over his HP of 125, not calculating Shyvara’s attack.

Taking a closer look at the troll flesh it becomes clear that two of them are still trying to knit themselves together, but a quick thrust from Shonne’s fiery spear cauterizes and kills the mass of fleshes and allowing Coins to gorge in peace.
Minus the sounds of the winds coming off the sea, and the sounds of a happy crocodile filling his belly, the place is silent the fire in the pit having mostly burned down. A quick search of the place turns up few things but a dwindling supply of likely plundered food and some empty beds.

Following the two different maps that Shonne found, the group travels along for about an hour in the brightening early morning light. As they get close to the marked spot, she calls for the group to hold as she overhears the guttural growling of giant.
A few steps further down the muddy path gives a clear sight of a large circular clearing, free of the boulders and trees that adorn most of the mountainside. To the north, a ten-foot-wide tunnel leads into the mountain, but a pile of rubble blocks the tunnel’s entrance entirely. In the center of the clearing, glow the last embers of a fire. Next to the dying fire sit a pair of ogres and a two headed giant.
You over hear the ogres fearfully conversing in giant. ”I could swear it was lookin’ at me.”
”Wasn’t lookin’ at you. Didn’t have a head.”
”Still, I felt it lookin’ at me!”
One of the heads of the two-headed giant looks over and glowers at the two. ”SHUTDHAP COWARDS!! ONCE WE’RE DONE RESTING WE GO BACK IN!”
New map is up. Feel free to position yourselves and/or reveal yourselves however you want. If you want to go any closer undetected, please roll a stealth check.

No jumping into the fight just yet! They wanna talk first!
As soon as Turk and company jump out of the bushes the two headed giant raises it’s left arm and points at the men. “You!” shouts the head on the left. “Why are you here? Are you here to help?”
The head on the right gives a snort and glares at its other head, “WHAT DOES THAT MATTER?” It swivels its dark glare to you, revealing a brightly glowing rune embedded in its head. ”YOU WILL DIG OR DIE, TINY SCUM!”
The head on the left counters with a peading look. “She didn’t mean that. Actually, she did mean that. But, it’s much better if you help. She keeps saying to dig all day, telling other giants they must dig too. Day and night, nothing but dig. Something is wrong with Pahg.”
Pahg snarls, “WHY YOU TALK TO TINY HUMANS, VAHR? I SAY WE CRUSH THEM!”
